Location & excellent service from staff to store my butters in their freezer The classic room is very cramp. For 1 person is ok. For 2persons will be very tight

The room was comfortable, great bed, very clean. Helpful and friendly staff. The location whilst convenient to a few metro stations felt a little unsafe. We had a street facing room and it was very noisy with youths partying and yelling into the early hours.

Loved our stay in the hotel. The location is good, lots of restaurants & shops walking distance. We were staying with our baby, we had a room with courtyard view & it was very silent. Beautiful room & bathroom. Lovely personnel who accomodates us well. We could check in early because we had our baby. Thank you Unfortunately you cant adjust your own AC.

Very nice location, close to many of the important must see locations. There are a lot of very good restaurants around. The Hotel is cosy and has a nice breakfast. We had a delux room which was very comfortable.

Location is great. A lovely area to spend time and close to metro. The AC stopped working on the hottest night of our stay (38 degrees) and although the night staff were helpful and got a fan, it’s shame because I specifically booked a hotel with AC for this time of year.

The hotel was right next to the metro station, so it was really easy to move. The staff was really helpful and answered all my questions. The breakfast was really good. The room was great, really comfortable and a good bathroom, closet and space. There was only one outlet for charging the phone, and it was right next to the bed, which meant it had to be placed next to me in bed to charge overnight.
