Handsome Hotel

Great place in the center of the city. It is small but we were only here for one night so it worked perfectly for us. The air conditioning was a life saver in the hot weather. It was a few blocks to the train you take to the airport which was also a plus! Nothing

The location wasn’t right in the city center, but it wasn’t too far out either, so getting around was manageable. The best part was the air conditioning: even though it was very hot outside, the room stayed nice and cool. Even with the window open, the cool air coming in kept the room comfortable. Overall it met my basic needs and three-night stay was trouble-free. The hotel was quite small, and even though it’s a three-star property, the price felt high for high season; honestly, ended up choosing it because there were no other good options left. The bathroom was a bit odd: there was a bathtub where you’d expect a standing shower, and the showerhead sprayed upward toward the ceiling instead of down over you, which made it awkward to use. There were also no basic hygiene kits in the bathroom, such as a toothbrush; I think these should be provided.

Very helpful staff, friendly, and chatty. Location is excellent for central Paris. Easy access to our major tourist destinations. We walked everywhere except 2 metro destinations. We are both golfers so 20,000 steps are within our capacity. Room was a little small for two of us but we treated it as cosy. We asked for a kettle, champagne flutes and cups. All were supplied with a smile. The hotel fronts onto a busy shopping street in central Paris. The downside was the active and noisy nightlife.

We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see! The noise at night was very loud. We know we were close to the "night life" but was not expecting noise until 2:30 in the morning!

Very clean. Comfortable. Convenient location. Close to restaurants and mall and train station. It has an elevator. Small but at least they have one. It’s a bit pricey especially for a solo traveler. But if I can the expense with someone it would have been perfect!

The hotel front desk managers were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I really appreciated that. The decor of the lobby and my room was warm and welcoming. The mini elevator was cute and modern. My room was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. I was expecting noise from the busy walkway avenue that my window faced, but it was generally quiet. The transit system and huge mall just steps away was very convenient. Tons of small shops, cafes, and attractions are within close walking distance as well. I look forward to staying at Handsome Hotel again in the future.

Great location and desk staff. It was very quiet at night. We liked the neighborhood a lot. Our room was unbelievably small. The elevator is claustrophobia-inducing and the spiral staircase took some getting used to.
