Dandy Hotel

The location of the hotel was perfect for getting around the city. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with reccomendations.

Very nice breakfast~ We had both the continental (2 days) and the buffet (1 day). Satisfying and plentiful. Lots of choices in the buffet. Nothing really. Just a little expensive, but it's Paris!

It was close to everything. Especially the train to get around and go sightseeing. I guess I’m not use to the room size in Europe I got one of the smaller rooms so it was tight with two large suitcases. That god we didn’t bring a carry on bc we wouldn’t fit in the room…lol but overall made it work.

I liked the decoration especially bathroom, the cleanliness, the location W standard room was too small. I recommend booking the bigger room. On the hotel website you get cheaper price

I loved how the room was decorated. Very upbeat and modern and yet we were right in the historic district and shopping district. Umbrellas were provided...it rained every day! So happy to stay here and hope to come again.

The room was well appointed, the lobby is lively and beautiful. The location is close to the train station. The rooms are way too small at these prices. There was not even room for the suitcase stand! We had to balance the stand between the window and bed, the luggage still didn't fully open and was partially on the bed itself all night. The other luggage was on the floor. Both of us had to slide to the end of the bed to get out. We asked for a clothing iron before dinner, they asked us to leave the iron and ironing board in the hallway for pickup. The iron and board was still in the hallway when we left in the morning. There was a raised threshhold at the entry door to the room that we had to raise our luggage over to enter. The staff is unprofessional. They had to be prompted on amenities at check-in. Moveover, I had asked for a refund or an upgrade for an extra night I had mistakenly booked and they refused, citing the non-refundable room and no available rooms for upgrade. This is fine (my mistake!); however, they gave my room away for the extra night without my permission! So, they rebooked the room without my consent and then still refused to refund the extra night. They're lucky the airline strike was cancelled because I had thought I'd need that extra night after all. There's been a series of gaslighting emails since I left where they are caught in one lie after another - first stating the room wasn't released, then stating it was released, but not rebooked; then that that it was rebooked, but I had consented (I'm paraphrasing these lengthy emails for brevity). Ultimately, I'm now having to dispute the charge with my bank...for a 4-star hotel. How ridiculous. It's amazing in the worst of ways. So, like many truths in life: money doesn't buy class. This is a 2-star establishment with 4-star prices. The staff clearly isn't trained in hospitality. It's a New York studio, not a French apartment. Trust me, you will not be comfortable in the room for any length of time. My recommendation?

Very clean, modern and beautiful! Nothing. It was a great stay and would definitely come back when I revisit Paris.

The hotel appears to be newly built, featuring a modern and aesthetically pleasing interior with a Parisian flair. The room is really spacious and offers plenty of storage. It is conveniently located near numerous cafes and restaurants. Westfield Forum des Halles is nearby and connected to the metro. This area is also 2 stops to Paris Gare Du Nord, so very convenient if you're entering or leaving Paris via Eurostar. Nothing to dislike

I love how the property is tucked between everything. And foot steps away from the Chatelet Les Halles metro station. And very convenient from the CDG airport. Check in is a breeze. The property is very clean, Guest service employees are very nice and helpful. And housekeeping keeps up with the request for room cleaning and your needs. There is a luggage hold for early arrivals, and a bathroom to freshen up. They also give two complimentary bottles of good water upon arrival. No complaints whatsoever.

Beautiful room, great proximity to Chatlet Les Halles, kind staff, daily housekeeping Room was a little smaller than expected. AC did not work well for the first two days but then started to work great
