Nice hotel, cleaning room every day despite the fact that i was getting out late,connected to public transportation, few minutes walk to the metro, Felt safe walking at night Noise transfers through walls, small bathroom, shower head wasn’t stable when water pours out

So close to metropolitan, near was placed a cafe and mcdonalds Small room No air conditioning in the room

I was here during the heat wave and the AC in my room barely worked. Had to take multiple cold showers to fall asleep because the air was so stagnant.

- No one to assist to carry bags - No AC - room very small

Proche a la Vilette. Le petit dejeuner etait excellent. Tout etait trop petite. La douche le garderobe tout. Et la climatisation n’etait pas suffisante

We were only here one night but were really happy with how big the room and bathroom were. The facilities downstairs are nice. You're right on the edge of a large park and the canal, with plenty of nice restaurants. Staff was friendly. None come to mind

The outside of the building looked properly maintained and inviting. Room (509) wasn’t anything like I expected. The bathroom was almost impossible to get into (6’3”) and the toilet was impossible to use. The space didn’t work at all. The location was loaded with homeless persons especially in the back of the resort.

Loved the location and the bed was comfy. Bathroom was on the smaller side but for a short stay it was nice.

Beds were not so comfy, very small rooms.

The room was so hot ac not working,the bedding was awful very thin mattress and wrap with plastic cover and pillow was horrible,never had a good sleep in that place

I liked the ambiance of the hotel, the location is very accessible and theres so many nearby convinient stores where you can grab something if you need them. Also the speed of the internet of the hotel was really good. Well, for me it could have a room slippers, vault, and a telephone.. the one I had in my room was broken and its really inconvienient for me to get down to the reception and ask for a request instead of just calling them through the phone. I was in room 208.

the kindness of the girls on the night shift The lack of a night restaurant, meaning there's nowhere to eat, and even worse, there's no water in the rooms.

They should speak English , all the personnel in reception. Room is very small , even not possible to stand any where . Bathroom super small. No water, no glass even given, nothing actually provided other than towel.

Clean hotel, Good location and close to metro station.
