Very spacious and very clean rooms, corridors and lobby. Staff at front desk were lovely. Even the sofa bed was comfortable (albeit squeaky) EU charging adapters were forgotten which was our fault but there was no spares and we couldn’t buy either as they were out of stock. They add a holding charge at check-in and check-out and neither was mentioned leaving me to query the charge for them to clarify.

Breakfast was okay We had a late check-in with my child, we were extremely tired, so we were especially disappointed to find a human hair in the shower and the room to be quite dark not as on the advertised pictures. The manager offered us another room, but unfortunately, that room was also not properly clean. We were eventually given a third room, which was fortunately clean and acceptable. I appreciate that the manager tried to resolve the issue and eventually found us a suitable room, but the experience at check-in was disappointing and could have been handled better in terms of cleanliness. There were no slippers in the room. I also expected a coffee machine, as stated in the listing, but instead found only two sticks of instant coffee and two sticks of sugar.

The hotel was easy to reach by tram, followed by a short walk. It was set in a modern brick building with a bright, open courtyard. The staff were welcoming and efficient. The rooms were clean, and of a generous size for the price that I paid. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the bedding was just right to unwind after a long day out. I stopped at the restaurant for a light snack before going to bed - the portions were hearty. The highlight of my stay was in the little details. The Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries were a welcome change from the usual brands you might see at other properties. The exposed wooden beams in the rooms were a nice design touch to remind you of Paris' old world charm.

The location and the facility was great. The breakfast was exceptional! Wash clothes were not initially placed on the bathroom but one the office staff was made aware it was provided immediately.

Not great. They charged us for an upgrade but all it was was a room with a skylight. I dont consider looking at the sky as an upgrade to pay for. They didn't have a duvet on the bed and couldn't find one to give us so they gave us a sheet to cover ourselves at night.
