Air conditioning in the room was really perfect, location was perfect only 5 minutes walking to the metro, breakfast also was good but it could be better. We were in the room with balcony in 6th floor, and view was really amazing! Some staff like hair-dryer doesn't work well.

Run-of-the-mill hotel, so nothing special in that sense. Excellent location, away from the very touristy places, walking distance from public transport, lovely surroundings of the canal, very helpful staff. Decent parking garage directly below the hotel, excellent location to store our bikes. Everything else was 'good' but in no way special or remarkable. Breakfast can become quite a crowded event, so it's best to head down early to avoid having to wait to get a seat. But don't worry about food running out; the excellent and friendly staff go out of their way to make you feel special, fulfill you every wish (within reason) and replenish the food.

The location and ease to use the RER and Metro was a huge plus. The area had nice looking restaurants but we didn't eat in any of them. Beautiful view of the river. There was a smell of sewer we couldn't figure out if it was from outside or another room but it was string at times.

Clean. Serve very delicious breakfast. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near the canal which is very pleasant to walk alongside of it.

Amazing staff, very helpful. They even found us a screwdriver we needed to remove some batteries. Clean room. Breakfast was nice. The fact that we had a view to the river was a bonus. The walk by the river was also nice and the park that is 12-13mins on foot is also very nice.

Location The AC in our room (308) for the night 22/23 May did not work. We had a terrible night because it was too warm. This was terrible and a would appreciate a (partial) restitution. We got a new room the next day. We had the conference room on the sixth floor on May 24. It was well equipped, and the coffee and snacks were great. However there were no toilet facilities on that floor.

The cleanliness of the room No fridge in the room and the room price was too high in relation with the space and the equipment provided.

The property was well maintained in the lobby, decorated nicely for the holidays, always clean in the elevators and hallways and lobby. Staff was professional and nice. Ibrahim was very nice during check in and while there. The breakfast staff were awesome in how they handled the crowd, the breakfast area was kept clean and well stocked. The hotel was very busy during the stay for Christmas week and they did a great job managing the amount of people during breakfast. Very well managed. When we walked in the room, which was very nice, there was a bad sewer smell. I immediately complained but nothing was done about it for the whole stay. The smell would come and go. I was told it could be due to the body of water right out our window. We liked the room and the view was beautiful but the smell was very smelly at times, we had to keep the doors to the bathroom closed. We got stuck in the elevator, it was resolved quickly. The property is a bit far from the tourism area which I was ok with but didn’t realize the surrounding area is not very safe, we were approached several times by people panhandling in the street and there are many homeless and also was warned by the taxi driver to be careful because of the lack of safety. I think the hotel is lovely so it is a shame of the area that is surrounding it on the way to the train station.

We stayed in another hotel that was significantly cheaper, yet their breakfast was far superior to this hotel. This one is overpriced for what it offers.

The breakfast was very good, very clean. Nice staff and they all speak english. The room waas very clean and you always had cleaners come in. The warm water was very well functioning. The wifi was very good. The place wasvery safe and very accessible Highly recommend this place. Everything was perfect!
