Really attentive friendly staff

Good breakfast, the omelet was very good, the chef is very welcome. Very nice and supportive staff. Room is a little bit small. It could be better if the hotel can offer free bottles of water to customers. No coffee or tea in the room.

I liked that it was a short walk to the beach and very close to the Miró museum. You can get free entrance tickets to the museum at the front desk. Breakfast was good, especially the cook-to-order eggs. The gentleman making the eggs was very funny and attentive. The rest of the restaurant staff seemed very rushed, which kind of increases your anxiety on a relaxing vacation. Bus #4 stop, that takes you to Palma de Mallorca downtown, was a 5-7 min walk which was convenient as it costs 2 euros to get to town. The air conditioning in the room did not work properly. You need to be a rocket scientist to figure out the thermostat (and I am a rocket scientist!). After talking to the front desk and the cleaning staff they set the thermostat on a setting that was supposed to work, and it did, but never to a very comfortable temperature. The “gym” really needs improvement, starting with regular maintenance to the cardio equipment. Restaurant staff seemed rushed and didn’t make you “feel welcomed”, except for the cook-to-order guy who was very nice.

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, the breakfast selection was quite limited, and my 8-year-old son struggled to find something he liked to eat. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel is conveniently located, just an 8-minute walk from the beach and nearby restaurants.

The Joan Miró decoration is pretty and gives the hotel a unique identity. It's very close to the beach, the pool is nice enough off-season; you can borrow towels for both. Great and diverse breakfast, and the staff is professional and always smiling. Get a fresh omelette from Samuel during the breakfast! I love his energy, he brightens every morning. I didn't see him on 2 days of my 7-day stay, and on those 2 days it started raining. It's a bit far from the center. It takes about 30 minutes by bus and those buses tend to be extremely crowded; especially at the front, because people enter at the front but don't walk all the way back. The lunch/dinner in the hotel's restaurant is worse than what you get in the center (I tried a burger and patatas bravas) but cost the same. Clothes hangers in the room (outside the wardrobe) would be nice.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The omelet chef is very entertaining and makes a delicious breakfast.

Nothing

Friendly staff, great art, excellent breakfast. Comfortable and clean. Our car was too big for the parking lot but free, accessible parking nearby. In one room the curtain didn't close completely which let light in but otherwise everything was great.

Very nice place!
-
poor sound insulation, you can hear the quiet conversation (in our case, whistling) of the neighbors, the house nearby is being renovated and you can hear a hammer drill with the windows and door closed.
-
The location was quiet and close to main street/beach The room smelt so strongly of mold, rotting wood, and sewage. I seriously considered moving hotels. Room was quite small, bathroom tiny. Overall it felt unclean, there was hair all over the new bath towels? Shower was moldy. I think cleaning is skipped on most surfaces. Staff were rude and make you wait alot even when not busy. Pool area felt rundown, view was bad very bad. Was in the shade most of the time. Mattress was so old it was lumpy and dented from use

I only wish that you could take breakfast from the buffet to your room, as there were times when my mom didn’t want to come downstairs but wanted something to eat while getting ready for the day etc

Good hotel
-
Great pool and room with terrace looking over to the sea. Short distance to bars and restaurants and Cala Major down the hill. Good bus links into Palma. Free transfer shuttle (albeit limited timetable and capacity). Great artwork around the place!
-
The parking is not so close to the hotel.
-
Nothing I didn’t like everything I was a bad property not worth the money

I liked the pool and that staff were very friendly I didn’t like that it was located on a hill but besides that I really enjoyed it
