Air conditioning was not working and the room was sosososo hot.

Beach access. Nice pool. Good breakfast buffet. A little outdated.

Renting of towels. Needed iron in room.

the view of the ocean from the balcony and i have paid extra for it 1- The reception staff are not helpful and at and they don’t care where we went in to check in and ask about the date adjustment their response was with altitude and its not their issue communicate with Booking. 2- They charge 5€ for towel to use and 10€ deposit 3- there is no parking at the property its always full and other reserving in advance and if there is a parking you need to pay 25€ daily. keep in mind the hotel location is super packed ( busy ) and hard to find street parking within less than 30 minuets looking. 3- The room not clean and very old with broken shower where the water switching from hot to cold by it self 4- The A/C is disaster its very hot and whenever trying to make it cooler its doesn’t goes below 22 degree C 5- The breakfast buffi is too bad same food everyday and very untesty, and there is weird practice where you need to show your carton card that hold the room key so they let you in other wise its big deal I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on my experience.

The breakfast has lots of options. The location is excellent, with an easy bus ride from Palma center, and various shops, restaurants, bars, and spas within walking distance. The beachfront and view is perfect and the ease to walk between the pool area and beach is fantastic. Beach restaurant and pool bar menus are good and the gym and sauna is a nice bonus. We did have a problem with ants in the room, so don't leave ANY food or drinks accessible. The room is clean, but very basic with a few blemishes - you are definitely paying for the location, beachfront, and pool. Lounge chairs fill fast, so either going early or trying midday when people start to leave is best. We only had to wait for loungers once during the stay and still had cafe chairs available. The pool is an infinity style with the shallowest point 1.35 meters and ladder access, which could be a problem if you not being able stand in the water bothers you. Pool towels are not complimentary, fyi.

The location is great, and the hotel is very good value for money. Two single beds pushed near each other and pillows are not very comfortable. The food in general is pretty bad.

This was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve had. Due to a simple and honest mistake, I ended up with a duplicate booking , one through an agency and another one through this platform . I immediately explained the situation and made it very clear that I did not use one of the bookings at all. What was truly disappointing was the complete lack of understanding or basic customer care from the hotel staff. There was zero effort to assist, no flexibility, and no attempt to even consider a reasonable solution. I fully understand hotel policies, but hiding behind strict rules without any human consideration reflects very poorly on management and service standards. In the hospitality industry, how you handle situations like this defines your reputation — and unfortunately, this hotel failed completely. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when booking here, as any issue or mistake will likely be met with indifference rather than support.

Very nice hotel with very reachable transport to downtown and perfect location by a beatiful beach I reserved ocean view but the staff, because I reserved through Booking, de used to give me a partial ocean view.

They have serious parking issues. For a hotel with more than 80 rooms, they only offer five parking spots. The parking area is open, yet they charge €20 per night, which is completely unreasonable. The room quality is disappointing. The rooms are not as new or well-maintained as shown in the photos. On top of that, the towels were torn and clearly worn out, which is unacceptable for a hotel at this price level. The hallways are old, dark, and have no decoration, making the whole place feel outdated and neglected. Another problem is finding the hotel. On Google Maps it’s difficult to locate because there is no clear or visible sign with the hotel name from the main street. For €100 per night for a room without any view, you can definitely find much better and higher-quality options elsewhere.

Love the location and the hotel, the staff are great, breakfast is good. Not many things were working, like the swimming pool was closed, the jacuzzi was closed and there were no sunbed next to the beach.

Nice clean rooms, beachfront location with a great pool, great breakfast and nice staff. Only the location makes walking/biking to main Palma beachfront area a bit awkward.

Location and views were nice Beds were very uncomfortable, Pillow were too hard and over used, towels were too old and felt rough, the shower was horrible!!! the water temperature kept switching from cold to hot, i have felt like i burned my self few time. elevators were too slow and at time did not work. staff was okay nothing special. on top of it, the AC did not work well and the room way very hot, was not able to sleep well. Very disappointed with the hotel conditions.

Location overlooking beach! Beautiful room with outstanding sea view! Kettle in room. Very comfortable and had great sleep. Very helpful reception staff! Nothing.

WC loose and shower changing temperatures randomly from cold to boiling hot

It was located right on the beach. There were a lot of noises from above my room and both side left/right and I couldn’t sleep. The fact that the hotel is right on the beach and does NOT provide the beach chairs and umbrella which it’s additional cost.

Location to the beach, friendly staff. Some outdated furniture and such, no big deal
