Great pool and sun loungers Location, top of a big hill with no shops close by

Good big size of swimming pool,good evening entertainment good location to the bus and super market. Just to let you know: If you have to walk to the the main streets or big supermarket /Cala Major beach,you have to go down by many steps and later going up steps back to the hotel. Not any TV show specifically football World Cup 2026 right now in the all hotel area. Only in the rooms have each one. On Welcome first day,didn’t have any Complimentary drinks or anything at all. Not any water bottles,none. The fridge was empty in the room. Food in the restaurant wasn’t good enough and testing,looks to me frozen and then cooked.

Definitely not a 4 star standard. Breakfast was very low quality, lifts very slow and long wait. Two were out of order. Definitely not value for money.

The property is well kept. The common areas and the pool is great. They offer locker room if you arrive before check in time. The room in may might be a little cold. Nothing to worry about during summer time or if the weather is good.

Breakfast and dinner buffet are the best. Nice large outdoor pool. No SPA (except outdoor massage), even though it's mentioned on booking.com. A bit outside of the city. You need to get taxi or get on a bus to reach city center.

No toothbrush, no shower cap, no vanity kit

It is a bit far away from the center. But there are buses every 20 minutes that take you there.

The outdoor pool space and bar was good. The hotel was clean. The location is good. Staff were polite and efficient. The beds were not comfortable.

Room: decent, clean, good view. Shower was amazing. Food: for an all-inclusive, the choice and quality of food was very good. Very good quality Spanish food, mixed with decent Mediterranean food & themed nights (Asian, American etc.). Drinks: beer was decent, wine, spirit and cocktail choices were OK. Outdoor: pool is great, lots of space, though was quite cold (April visit). Bar beside pool was nice, and did nice bar snacks. Gym: decent, one of everything. Supermarket: handy to have on-site! Staff: Karen & Denis in particular were very nice! Air-Conditioning: this is permanently switched to ‘hot’ during the summer months, despite the hotel advertising cool air-con on booking. Hotel advised us to keep it switched off, and open the door (mosquitoes meant this wasn’t an option). They couldn’t provide a fan. Despite booking all-inclusive, they said they would not provide bottles of water to our room. My wife and baby woke up sick and sweaty multiple times during our stay. The staff were not super helpful, apart from Karen, who changed our room. Nothing was followed up with, at any stage. Unfortunately, it pretty much ruined our stay on its own. Room: as above, air-conditioning. Also, the double room was two unattached twin-beds, which separated throughout the night. Food: my wife, a vegetarian, was given chicken noodles that were mis-labelled as vegetarian. Drinks: minor details: they wouldn’t provide bottles of water as part of all-inclusive, you had to pay for this. You couldn’t bring drinks outside the restaurant at all. The bar and restaurant were very sterile-decorated, like a cafeteria here. The wine was from a tap, and not great. At lunch & dinner, all drinks were given in wine glasses, including beer. My wife tried to fill up her Stanley with water at the bar, but was instead given 5 small glasses, and told she had to fill it up herself - strange! The coffee was not great. Outdoor: N / A. Gym: N / A. Supermarket: N / A. Location: a bit far from Palma centre - close to €20 in a taxi each way. Staff: Christian in the restaurant was quite rude.

It was clean and smelled good. Not much to offer. Very temu vibes. Would not call it a resort. Beds were hard and constantly shifted apart. Shower would fill and drain was very slow.

Check-in and check-out were very slow and inefficient.

All inclusive package was great! Bed not as comfortable as it could be.

Convenient, nice pool. Small noisy room.

Clean, modern, comfortable, friendly staff, the hair dryer was surprisingly good! The very basic in-room like coffee/coffee maker was lacking. Hard when our mornings would start early and most cafes didn’t open till 8:30am and the breakfast didn’t start until 7:30am.

clean room, nice pool, good breakfast and free beach shuttle, polite staff safe in the room costs extra, the toiletries are at bare minimum level (no cotton buds, no shower cap, no hair conditioner), no disposable room slippers, the scale for baggage costs 1 euro per try. Of course, none of the these points are life or death, but it's just how they make you feel. You pay a lot of money to stay at a 4 star hotel and they get greedy putting a tax on whatever service...

Buffet was excellent on all nights. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Location could’ve been better and would’ve been better if there were more /halal options.
