Very very good location, really comfy bed needs a little bit of renovation

For the price I paid I expected more, the beds were ruff and springy mattress, you can hear each other’s rooms, and overall the overpriced room wasn’t worth the stay or the facilities

The sound isolation from other rooms is weak also a kettle in a room would be very handy

At least it was warm... When I came through the door, I immediately noticed many things were off. Silverfish infestation. Plenty of dust. Leaky roof windows. Broken trashcan in the toilet room. The sink is unusable due to the ceiling height and the faucet, which will spray you with water. The wifi didn't work more often than it did, despite being advertised as "fast". The registration personnel are exhausted, can't smile, and sleep right on the floor behind the counter. Many things promised but not delivered: 0 sound proofing - if someone was talking or snoring in the other room, you could hear it. There was no laptop safe. The tiny safe for valuables in our room was already locked and nobody knew the password. There was a mini fridge and 2 glass cups, it seemed lacking, again. It did not feel like we were in a hotel.

Excellent location. Quiet but near the Basanavičius street. Internet was slow. Actually, I had to use my roaming data.

One of the staff members was very unfriendly. They charged even for hot tea from the machine in the lobby. Steep stairs.

Soundproofing is not the best. Nothing against the hotel, but with some noisy guests it's not very pleasant at night for the quiet guests. Fortunately it happened only one night during my stay. Also, it would be helpful to have a kettle or a small coffee machine in a room. Only while leaving I noticed that there is a coffee machine in the lobby.

Big bed in description, I assumed one fitting mattress. However, there were two small mattresses and they were too small for the bed frame so in the middle there was a huge gap (like 5-10cm)

Absolutely perfect location, just off the top of the main strip in Palanga. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable and great value for money!

Great location, friendly staff and very good beds. Everything was clean and rooms were adequately isolated from noisy neighbours. The water faucet was spraying water everywhere else, due to what is most likely a mandatory eco-upgrade to save water. With some light touch, it was manageable.
