Wonderful place nearby many places to visit.

The room smells dumb, the receptionist needs a holiday, no slippers at a room for a spa at 4 stars hotel, guys put it to 3 stars drop price to 60 euros per night and it will be fine. They even charged me 12 euros parking at an empty hotel, its just a soviet union lithianians business model, pathetic.

Beautiful room. Beautiful spa area which was free. Adjacent restaurant that's part of the hotel was wonderful also.

Breakfast was good and versatile. SPA was small, in the pictures it looked bigger but anyway it was nice and cosy. Also the location was perfect, so close to pedestrian street and mole and lot's of good restaurants. Bathroom could be bigger. The toilet was in so narrow place that it was hard to sit on it.

The rooms are quite outdated, with poor soundproofing, and the champagne glasses were dirty. Also, I do not recommend booking a massage from Diana Miliūtė Piluckė. We had 2 massages booked, but she didn't show up for the procedures - super unprofessional.

Super friendly and helpful staff, very comfy bed. Spa is small but we did enjoy it anyways. The hotel is close to Basanavičiaus street. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely return again.

Centrally located, nice breakfast, friendly staff Very run down, dirty/stained carpets in the room, needs renovation, definitely not a ‘4-star’ room experience and slow internet speed.

We stayed in Palanga for just one night ahead of traveling for a wedding and needed a central location for our group. The hotel far exceeding our expectations. It had much more of a cozy vibe, with very comfy beds, very close to restaurant and cafes, sea side and within walking distance of the Amber museum.

Good location with monitored safe parking. The room was comfortable and spacious. The spa was included and was great with hot tub, sauna and showers. There was no elevator and their restaurant was closed but the wonderful staff made the stay fine.

No elevator, rooms on the 2nd floor. Spa is cold.
