The heater wasn’t working properly. When I wanted to take a shower there was no hot water available. And the water kettle was very very dirty.

Sadly, the appartments were really dirty. The smell from bathroom was awfull, felt like you are in public toilet. for all kitchen stuff, we had to look into the places were it could be. We were on holiday with kids, at the second night of our stay, the security (or some sort of) alert started to make very loud noises at 1AM, for at least 0.5-1 h. so we couldn't sleep and kids also wake up. Moreover, when we wrote regarding cleanliness and smell problem, owner said, that before no one said anything about it, and that's it.

Only 2 towels provided for 2 people for 3 day stay. A bit dirty around the property. Was asked to leave 8€ for a “city tax” as we would leave, which wasn’t mentioned previously. Have been contacted only in Lithuanian

The apartment is in a very convenient location, and the check-in process was smooth. However, we were deeply disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and hygiene. The property appeared untidy: the floors were not properly cleaned, all the dishes were dirty, and the kitchen table was greasy. Additionally, the bathroom left a very unpleasant impression – the sink, toilet, and drawers were covered with residue, grease, and hair. In the kitchen, the refrigerator required cleaning as it was greasy, full of crumbs, and had an unpleasant odor. To make matters worse, a rotten fruit was found in one of the cabinets, which added to the discomfort. On top of everything, there was no hot water in the apartment, which made our stay even more challenging.

Good central location, near main activities, easy check-in. Cleanliness is questionable: towels, dishes was dirty, all room didn't look very clean. TV in room was not working properly.

It was a nice apartment with a good location, modern hotel, good wi-fi, clean bed linen, towels. there is a hairdryer, iron, kettle and some dishes the bathroom door was broken
