Mercure Bali Nusa Dua

The walk from the main road to the reception that’s it! The rooms were moldy, lights didn’t work well, sink had stains and the wood work was rotten. Terrible condition of the room even after 3 options they were all the same. Rooms don’t even come bottled water and come a glass jug of water(not sure how long ago that water there), towels were yellow and dirty and not white at all. Overall everything inside the room was terrible. Fridge did not work and had to replaced cause it smelled like something rotted in there

Breakfast had a lot of varieties. Facinating pool. Staff were very polite and well trained. Hotel provided a Shuttle bus to the beach. Location was near to Nusa dua facilities , shops , markets , etc.. by just walking around you can reach any They did not decorate our room for honeymoon. The AC dropped some drops of water on the ground. Size of the room was very small , it was very compact.

The staff were friendly and the private beach is pretty. The facilities are old and tatty. They are a far cry from the photos. I was able to book a twin room for 1 adult and 2 kids, when I asked for an additional bed, the hotel was unable to supply one.

The pool area was clean and well maintained. Room was cleaned daily. English was spoken by almost everyone. shuttle to the beach was hourly made it convenient to go back and forth from the beach.

The towel smells a bit.. old property.. the balcony door cant be locked.. the food is average not many variety..

For what we paid, the facilities and staff were good. The big bummer was the mould on the grout in all of our bathrooms and the overall tired appearance of the hotel.

-Good value for money -Room service food was actually quite decent -As with all Mercures in Indonesia, cleanliness is always an issue. Your feet will be very dirty just by walking around your room barefoot. -Low sound insulation -Dining area is outdoors, get ready to be eaten alive by mosquitos.

Shower was smelling, so had to request change of rooms (which was done without any questions asked!). But had to move to L1 instead of pool access room, which we booked. Beds were not comfortable, tired and run down property. I stayed at this hotel in 2017, and loved it back then so decided to book it again. But after this stay, not booking it again.

The property needs an upgrade. Staff are friendly

The room design itself was quite inefficient. The basin was in the bedroom itself right beside the bed and the toilet and shower were weirdly separated out that was very inefficient. They provided complementary tea and coffee but did not provide the cutleries, though it's a very minute detail, you'd expect better attention to detail from Mercure. The staff were otherwise quite helpful and professional but I called the reception at night for some spoons and a bottle opener. They tried to tell me that the bottle opener was there in the room attached already which I didn't understand but they still didn't send the spoons either that night. I reached the desk again next morning when they cleared my confusion about the opener and sent the spoons promptly.

room, beach, total surroundings are exceptional There's only 1 electric socket in a twin room. There must be additional sockets as travelers tend to bring more than 1 gadget.

The people were lovely although a lot didn't understand english so was a hige language barrier and easily confused, although they tried their best. Good food. Great, free shuttle to the local beach. The hotel is falling apart. So much damage, the kids hurt themselves multiples of times from cracked pool tiles, damages decking with holes around the pool, rust and broken pool tiles EVERYWHERE. The hotel needs to be shut down whilst a refurb is done before somebody really hurts themselves. Australia Prices for food and drinks. V expensive and just not worth the money atall.

Pool and breakfast The place is looking a bit tired, the chair in my room had a stain on it and the tiles around the pool are missing and falling off.

Pool rooms were clean bed was comfortable AC was good out spa was nice Location was excellent. The shuttle service to the beach was good Coffee was terrible and pricey. The staff didn't clean outdoor balcony. Had to ask them to come collect glasses and coffee cups. The pool area was neglected broken tile in pool and surrounding outdoor area. The lawn and garden was very overgrown and neglected. The beach club the staff very lazy never any towels or sunbeds. Anyone could come in didn't check if you were guest at the Mercure. Drinks and food very pricey.
