It was my second time here and I like it there as the price for the location is really good. Staff is really nice and helpful. Maybe bit more proper cleaning but I didn’t expect 5*hotel for the price :)

The location was excellent. I liked that the Coco Supermarket was next door, and it was well located in Nusa Dua, which is a beautiful area for long stretches of sandy beaches. The poolside breakfast was a very extensive buffet of all types of foods, with many tasty Indonesian options, including a lot of vegetarian foods and interesting desserts and fresh fruit juices. Everything was professional and clean, and the staff were very helpful. The pool, while beautiful, was located directly next to the restaurant. So while this provided a beautiful setting for the restaurant, it didn't feel private and inviting for swimming, other than perhaps for families with small children. Fortunately there are no shortages of beautiful beaches nearby for swimming.

The hotel was very centrally located in a region with beautiful vibes, the market area . They also provided free shuttle services for nearby beach and the popular malls. The rooms were nice and spacious enough. The pool area and the restaurant was also beautiful. Without taking away anything from this amazing hotel, breakfast buffet needs to have some better vegetarian options as well. The few that were there dint taste that good. However lunch at the restaurant was nice.
