Safe was not working, asked staff several occasions, promised they would fix, very noisy rooms above and both sides, staff not interested Also lady that cleaned rooms was very rude when asked politely for towels as we had been out all day returned and room was not cleaned, asked for towels and said dont worry about clean

Beds were comfy. Pool and location were fine. Halls- elevator- and rooms could definitely be cleaner. Found wayyy too many different types of hair- including down there hair, and legit hair balls all over.

Great hotel at a good location with easy access to Niagara Falls State Park. Clean and neat. Same breakfast for all the 3 days of stay

We were a party of 5 & 2 room reservations. The TV in one room did not work and took 1 hour to get fixed. The on site worker was dressed inappropriately displaying 1/2 of his behind 6inches& no underwear to cover this discussing bareness! The curtains displayed much aging. I’ve used Expedia many years & never suffered these issues!

We spent almost 600 for 2 nights we was reach there late.breakfast was almost nothing.no coffee no milk no fruit only bread and smelly egg.after breakfast hour you get nothing. At least they should serve coffee or tea.no room tv work no hair dryer.extremely dirty lift and door. Workers was extremely rude.nothing feels like we come here for vacation.poor place.atleast they should have coffee and tea in waiting room.and hire professional.

Disappointing

Was cleaning and close to the park and very nice people Almost nothing but if I have to said something I will say jut the cortina and the shower was to close we people take shower jajaja

Location We stayed for 3 nights and our room wasn’t cleaned throughout the stay. There was water in the elevator and floors from guests using the pool.

This property is very tired. Not particularly clean. A number of fittings in the room were broken or in need of repair. Okay for a quick overnight stay but would not recommend.

The cleanliness and maintenance of our room are severely lacking. There are piles of dust and hair in the corners, the furniture is chipped, the shower curtain hooks are broken, the toilet bowl is leaking, and the room safe does not lock. Furthermore, the sheets are in terrible condition, and despite booking for three people, we were only provided with two bath towels and one washcloth. Additionally, the in-room phone is broken, forcing me to walk down three floors to the front desk just to request towels. The high-speed internet advertised on hotel's website is spotty, with download speeds of only 3 Mbps and upload speeds of 1.5 Mbps. The heated pool is unheated and murky. Finally, the breakfast area is overcrowded, noisy, and understaffed; the staff are rude, and the tables have not been cleaned once during our three-night stay. DO NOT BOOK this hotel

The staff performed well, yet the overall stay was poor, beginning with a dirty elevator and poor room condition. The washroom lacked ventilation, and the room failed to block light completely. Breakfast choices and space were restricted.
