The house itself is beautiful, and the floral surrounding was gorgeous The house needs some mending and the entrance door lock needs to be replaced or fixed and the back lot could be cleaned and utilize the furniture for outdoor seating.

Wonderful housekeeper. House needs serious maintenance. Cement work. Window work. Our room and bathroom were very nice. Ac unit might need cleaning. Lovely decorations. Food was excellent. Wrote all comments above.

The house was very quaint and had a very cool look to it. The room was very spacious and was quite comfortable. Kim made very nice breakfasts, and had coffee ready before we got down for breakfast, which my companion was really pleased with. Nice off street parking. Within walking distance to most of the Niagara Falls attractions, and very close to the tourist shuttles that can take you further, but still a quiet location. Couldn't open the windows.

Kim was very sweet great location…property needs to some TLC and updates. Antiques are great but the fake flowers ivy etc Some water leak stains on ceiling and walls…I love the house and the history but needs some work.

Location was good for what we were looking for. Free parking at the property, and walking distance to Old Falls Street and the park. The breakfast was good - homemade and filling. Parking is in the rear, but need to enter through the front, making it a longer walk when bringing in (and out) our luggage.

The house was beautiful. Kim was so attentive and kind. The rooms were very comfortable and our breakfast was delicious! Nothing... It was fabulous!
