The room was amazing! We had a corner suite on the fourth floor. Windows all around. Immaculately clean. Beautifully decorated. Had breakfast at the buffet and it was very good. We also had dinner at the restaurant and it was amazing! The staff was wonderful. Super close to everything!!

Additionally the bathroom amenities included a broken hair dryer, shampoo & conditioner bottles empty and the Kleenex box was empty. A great location and staff were very friendly and helpful but it was more work for us than expected to have things in place.

Didn’t realize that this was a pay for parking property until check-in ($20). Breakfast is an additional $20/person at the property restaurant, if you choose. Room was spacious but dark, even with all of the lights on. No microwave and small refrigerator w/no freezer. AC was nice as it wasn’t a window unit blowing on you while you slept. Beds were comfortable enough. Bathroom I felt could have used a little extra scrubbing to clean. Overall I felt for the price we paid we should have had a refrigerator w/freezer and a microwave plus a step up from the standard thin toilet paper/tissues. Probably would try a different hotel in the area next time.

The room was big enough. However, there is a very big desk, but no dresser. They do not clean room or have any room service until the third day. We had to go to the lobby to get towels and coffee cups. The bar/ restaurant is open from 7-10:30 and not again until 4. The bartender was great and the food was very good too.

The AC in our room was leaking water, but the hotel did not change our room. The following night, the AC stopped working completely. We paid a good amount for the hotel, but despite that, we had to spend the night feeling uncomfortable and had trouble sleeping. This was very disappointing and not the experience we expected from the hotel.

Location was great. I chose the “pay at property” option - it’s always a premium price when you choose this option. The hotel charged me directly on the day of booking (2 months before the actual stay). If I wanted to pay upfront, I would have chosen the option myself to “pay now” and actually would have paid less amount. Tried explaining the situation to the hotel and all 4 employees seemed to be confused and were trying to help but they were being diplomatic and going around in circles rather than solving the issue. Booking.com itself didn’t help with this issue.
