Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino

We had 7pm dinner reservations, barely had time to get ready, and no one even apologized, which would have been enough. On a side note, there is nothing open 24 hours to even get a cup of coffee. Not even a casino bar.

It’s a great GOOD hotel and will be GREAT after this renovation!

Rooms are very spacious & clean. Many options for food at the resort.

The room was pretty clean and a good size. The breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant was very minimal. Not a lot of choices for the price ($24.99).

It was great

One big concern was the lobby had a very strong smell of cigarette or cigar. Very interesting because I didn’t see anyone smoking and it was only by the lobby.

It was so clean and people were very friendly and nice. The casino had an amazing non smoking and smoking rooms. Big variety of choices of games. Rooms were very big and nice.

Overall, my stay at Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino was decent. The room was large, comfortable, and had a great view for the price. However, the cleanliness could have been better, and some of the staff were not as friendly or helpful as I expected. Still, considering the room size, view, and price, I would say it was a fair stay with some areas that could definitely be improved.

Clean room

Stayed in a delux king with a view. It was spacious & clean. We didn’t utilize the 3rd floor with the pool or hot tub. It’s within walking distance to the falls. I would highly recommend

The overall experience was TOP NOTCH. This was my first time to New York. The hotel was one of the cleanest that I have been to in a while. The smell of bleach hit you when you walk through the doors
