Superb

Prime location. Tea available ( especially Indian kind of tea) even though it is dip-dip tea - it was a blessing to have it ready when ever we needed Cleanliness inside the rooms.

Very poor

The room was okay, just enough space. Breakfast was terrible, with very minimal choices. it was mostly sugary cereal and a limited warm breakfast. Everything from breakfast to the room, there was no complementary water bottle.

The staff was rude over messages.

Great location, and the rooms have all required amenities Will not hold luggage for you prior to checking in and after checking out, so we had to find elsewhere to store our suitcases.

Room was nice and clean, parking as free, hotel is still at walking distance from the falls and in a quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was disappointing. Basically when we got in there was nothing left and had to ask for toast. Must say it was high season and the hotel was pretty full up with some tour groups. Maybe we just got there at an unlucky moment.

The Hotel is in an excellent location and I like it had it's own free parking lot for our car. The room was very clean and in good condition. And the beds were very comfortable. The owners were very helpful and pleasant There were no hangars in the closet, no water cups/coffee cups of any kind, no Kleenex, and no coffee making pot with options to drink, etc. The morning breakfast was very lacking on the first day (Sunday), however, on the second morning (Monday), they had many more items which I believe they ran out of the day before. In the room, we were on a sub-floor, our window view was of a brick wall/gutter and you could see the cars parked above us on the road. There were several people out there smoking and I didn't have any privacy. I wanted some fresh air.

Everything was great, nearby the falls we went to the attractions walking. And we would like to thank the receptionist Cameron for his patience and hard work

Room was somewhat good, but the terrible thing is - this hotel does not have the elevator! We had to carry the luggage bags over the stairs. And the most pathetic part is microwave in the hallway area, seemed like it's not cleaned since years.

Worst ever experience even they don’t provides us a single bottle of water and the room was dirty
