The spacious rooms, the restaurant, and location The couch isn't made 6ft 5 stature haha.

Good everything is good.breakfast also good
-
the room was clean, and the ammenities were good, the bed was made well and clean, and the bathroom area was nice too. the lights were set in a way that you had not complete control on what light was on, the TV connection was difficult, the heater while working needs a clean, and the elevator needs a refresh.

I booked for 2 adults and a 12 year old child and we were given 2 single beds

It was close to the theatre. The room was a good size. The pillows were hard as a rock, the room had a musty smell and the shower kept dripping. The fact that you can’t get a carpark at the Mercure and you can’t pre book annoyed me. We had to leave our car out of the Main Street. Lucky the car didn’t get damaged.

The staff were very friendly and the room service was delicious.

Nothing Dirty, smelly, uncomfortable
-
windows that actually open for fresh air! dated bathroom but no big deal at all
-
Friendliness of staff was great Limited bar drinks available, noisy from traffic at night. It’s very dated and the bathroom was unclean. The surface of the bath was peeling off. The floor had not been cleaned
-
Close to where we needed to be. Dirty windows.
-
Rolled over in the night and the join between the two beds gave way and the mattress collapsed and the bed tipped up!

I had booked this hotel only with one expectation of on-site parking. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the parking was full and was advised to park outside. I was quite disappointed with this, as parking was the only reason I chose this hotel. The breakfast was amazing. We had many choices.

Stop the insistent pursuit of endorsement by these non stop survey requests - the stay was weeks ago..... its over!
-
location, 24 hour reception, friendly staff no microwave
-
Reasonably comfortable bed and good wi-fi On arrival at 3pm we were told there was no parking available despite there being 5 empty spots we could see from the car. When questioned on this the staff member said they had been reserved by people staying more than one day despite the booking saying you couldn't reserve spots. I have stayed at hundreds of motels and have never been able to reserve a car space. We had to park some distance away in a shopping centre car park. Also the supposed "recent renovation" in the bathroom was merely some sort of coating applied to the existing bath and tiles. Very small bathroom

No parking had to park across the road in the Woolworths open and sketchy car park.
-
The room was comfortable clean and I liked that we where given a upper floor.
-
Good location, good parking easy access to the supermarket and restaurants Their breakfast is good too, and coffee is great It can be expensive and there should be more PowerPoint so you can charge your computer phone, etc. The rooms need updating
-
Good location Easy walk to restaurants Its old needs updating Breakfast average

In the shower room there was a bench which could be folded, but it would not stay folding against the wall, so I had to stand and push with one of me legs to keep bench folded because I did not want to sit while having shower. I could not stand away from the bench because the water would run all over the toilet, so I would need to dry it before using it. Light on the R side of the bed was on/off at random times.
