Staff were fine. Rooms were well below basic and depressing. Tea is cheap crap brand and has no actual flavour. Milk is crap. Room over noisy. Just outdated. Basically they don't care and it shows.

The staff are really helpful couldn’t do enough for us Separation partition in the room we had feels a bit isolating if you have children

Junkies up the hall keeping me up at 3 am on a Monday night and the pokies error noise waking U ap at 5 mins to 4 am every morning. Very inconvenient when getting up for work or if traveling with a child. Good staff. Great location just a few issues. Maybe invest in some sound proofing

Location 3 beds cramped into small room and kitchenette is literally ontop of fridge, no room to mive for 3 people, 3 bed room

Nice as a hotel. Good location. Good pub atmosphere and decore. Nice food. The room stunk of cigasmoke. Even though no smoking signs. Shower recess had mold in it.

Nothing It was really dirty. There were stains on everything. The door didn’t close on the bedroom or the bathroom. It didn’t feel safe

I did not end up staying here because I didn't read properly to see that it was only stairs and no lift. But the 2 young ladies that were there were wonderful, so helpful and I was so grateful to the manager that let me cancel without a fee (i think they saw my frustration) and they also helped us to find a more suitable place to stay i didnt get the names but they were the 2 that did a tiktok while we searched for other hotels thank youse

Close proximity to public transport. Dirty fridge, German cockroaches on fridge and crawling under the jug. Absolutely dirty Shared bathroom. I have photos to proof. Would like a part refund Please be in contact with me regarding these issues I could only add a couple of photos

very noisy because it's on top of a pub. There was a match going on downstairs. I couldn't sleep until 11pm! Aside from noise, hot water is tricky to operate. Shampoo dispenser was broken and left there. Extra shampoo bottle was provided tho.
