Welcome items in the room were a nice touch. Complementary coffee and iced tea are appreciated and the live music in the lobby was nice. View was nice, bed was comfortable. Walkable location to Union Square & subway.

Beautiful little hotel, with great location and ambience. The room my husband and I shared was on the small side but spotless and comfortable and had a nice view from the 11th floor. The room that our daughter and 10 y o grandson were assigned wasn’t near ours, so the lovely staff upgraded them to a bigger room on a closer floor. So nice for my grandson’s first trip to NYC. The hotel also provides an excellent breakfast in a very pretty room downstairs and gave us daily $25 coupons towards it.

An Extremely tired property with dark, dingy rooms.

Perfect location in the village. Quiet, clean, helpful staff, and great bar & restaurant. Would come back again for sure. Wonderful place,

Perfect location. Small boutique hotel. Love the atmosphere of the entire hotel. Rooms are a little dark, but everything else was great.

The room was beautiful (but very small). The location was spectacular as was the building itself. We loved the free Greenwich Village tour that we took on the Sunday. While one or two of the staff were friendly, several at the front desk were aloof, standoffish and on our last day, plainly rude. We felt like an inconvenience when we asked for a printed bill on checkout to confirm what the final charges were. Also, the house keeping came later and later each day, so after a morning of exploring, we often had to wait in the lobby or the street as they tidied our room (at 3pm etc.) Despite asking for an earlier room refresh, it did not happen. Nor was our mini shampoos etc replaced each day. There was also no way to change the temperature in your room - it was either freezing cold or off. It was centrally controlled. The bathroom was also tired and had some chips missing on tiles etc. The disabled shower also had draining issues so it flooded the floor each time it was used.

Would stay again, but in another room.

Great location

Great value for the money. Liked the small details like jazz at the lobby, a good restaurant for breakfast, the water bottles available at the lobby at all times and the slippers in the bedroom. The building itself its a bit old and need some repairs, but all was very clean.

The price was right for a clean, quiet, comfortable, well appointed room with a $25 cafe credit with delicious food and $10 mini bar credit. The WiFi was great, I worked while I waited for my trip to airport. Great neighborhood.

A great location and place.

Lovely staff. Wonderful hotel easy access to everything. The restaurant was fantastic. I don’t really have anything negative to say. Samantha at the front desk was super helpful and accommodating as was every single person that we encountered. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and the beds are too.

Excellent experience for a great price and value

Breakfast menu had a good variety. Location was easy to get to the places and restaurants we like It definitely needs some renovation. Tiles were missing on the floors and they needed to be polished. The lighting in the entire hotel is too dark particularly the bathrooms

This hotel had positive reviews on Expedia, but it was a major disappointment and NOT worth the money. Our room was dark and freezing and there was a musty smell which was also in the lobby. The handle to the shower kept falling off, as well. We requested extra blankets several times and finally just turned the ac off because there was no other way to regulate it. From the reviews on Expedia we expected a cute boutique hotel...
