Bed was very comfortable, the room was super clean. Location is great, walking distance to train station, bryant park and many other places. Room is on the smaller side (expected) but there is a decent amount of closet space to help for those with more belongings. There's free tap / sparking water at reception area which was a huge plus! Amazing , strongly recommend this hotel , Stuff so so lovely, helpful, welcoming . you feel not only you need but more and more is available . Thanks for this amazing hospitality i like the idea of the hotel and its whole details

Solid stay. Small but comfortable room. The robe was lovely and toiletries smelled nice! The lobby is pretty but very small. That wasn’t a problem for us, but I was surprised.

It’s very convenient to Penn station/NJ Transit. The rooms are very small, but if you’re only sleeping/showering, it’s an excellent value. Bedclothes are very good! Rooms are very small but we knew that going in as we’ve stayed there before. There are no amenities to speak of: gym, chairs in rooms, etc…but the price makes up for it.

The staff (especially Necey) was kind, helpful, and eager to assist us whenever we needed. The room was always well kept and everything was just so nice. The refillable water bottles were a big plus especially after nights of being out on the town. I'd definlitely stay again.

Welcoming hotel, clean room and great location, very sweet receptionist.

The room was very clean and modern, but very small. I knew that, however when I booked the room. For a stay of one or two nights it’s fine but for a longer stay it can be challenging for 2 people. I was disappointed that we couldn’t check in earlier being that we had plans during the day which ended around 2:30 and check-in was 4 PM. Plus it was about 100° the day of our check-in so we got to the hotel early but their lobby is tiny so it was pretty uncomfortable with almost nowhere to sit until check-in. I realize check-in was at 4 but most places I’ve traveled to typically allow early check-in even if it’s a half hour early. Not the case here. They don’t have any amenities. They do have a water and seltzer machine in the lobby, which is nice though. The location was great. About a 10 minute walk to Times Square in a 10 minute walk to Hudson yards the other direction. So for a short stay if you want to be close to Times Square, Hudson yards, Madison Square Garden, etc. I highly recommend. However, don’t plan on checking in early!

Smallest room I have ever stayed in! Bed was fine but the room was claustrophobic. Could hardly get around to bed.

Arrived early afternoon and were told to wait a bit till room was ready since it was before checkin time. Staff was so nice and welcoming. We were offer cold sodas since it was so hot outside, so nice and sat down in the lobby area, which was also very nice. Got into our room 15 min after and were amazed of how beautiful and confortable it was. Had a great view of the edge. The room was pristine as well as the bathroom. There was so much natural light in the room and it had great curtains in case we wanted less light. My sister and I took a nap and could not believe how comfortable and big the bed was. Absolutely loved the comforters! Great size room, highly recommended! Nothing really, everything exceeded our expectations. FYI there is no terrace except for specific rooms on the 10 floor, so check before making a reservation.
