Awesome place. Clean and easy to get to MSG.

Good unlimited breakfast and able to hold your luggages after checkout when you still need to explore the city.

Room was too small like 150 aft but everything else including the breakfast was food

Location Waited 45 mins to check in after requesting early check in months earlier. Watched 60+ people walk in and get a room before 4pm, all before we did. Terrible system! Then we get to the room and the toilet was broken. Fruit flies everywhere in the lobby and bar area. Rooms are very dated.

The staff is wonderful. Always nice and ready to help. The hotel also looks very clean and steady. Well organized! The breakfast was so tasty and you have many options to choose. I liked everything

Excellent location and friendly staff. Rooms were nice and clean. I’ve stayed at a few hotels in nyc and always expect the rooms to be tiny. This hotel room was slightly bigger than some of the other rooms we stayed at so that’s a plus. Particularly had a great experience with Christian the luggage porter who assisted us with storing our bags, he was such a delight and he had the coolest hair. The room cleaning staff also did a great job and the front desk staff was also very friendly. Location is very central and walking distance to a ton of stuff. Honestly no complaints. There was a free breakfast buffet offered which is nice but it’s just standard hotel breakfast food so we preferred to treat ourselves to the delicious local restaurants nearby. It’s also a busy street so be ready for a little traffic if you’re driving but that’s midtown nyc for ya.

We were a little put off by the trash outside of the hotel. You couldn't see the sign on the sidewalk. It is New York so I imagine that's normal? The room is very small and compact. We reserved a king bed and it certainly didnt seem like it was a king. We were close to the venue which was the goal. I dont think I'd reserve this hotel again. Don't let that detour you, its just not for me.

Good location for Times Square, The Edge and the High Line Complementary breakfast was just OK - not much variety in the cooked food section

This was my bucket list trip. While the hotel was in a great location, rooms comfortable and beds comfortable, I arrived after a 17-hour flight to find they had double-booked my room I had paid for months ago! I was downgraded on my first night and then moved the next afternoon, so had to check out then check back in. It was agreed and documented that the first night would be no cost; however, it's now been over 6 weeks and no refund or communication! This is very unfortunate given the cost on my birthday trip! Disappointing service from management in this situation. If there is a problem on check-in... sort it on check-in! Still no communication of issue above!

Solid location for us. The staff were outstanding. The free brekie was good. Our room and the facilities were very clean and tidy. Could use better pillows; fluffier. One of the two we each had were hard and flat.

Cercanía a estaciones de metro. Hotel muy limpio, bien organizado, con desayuno agradable y arquitectura moderna. Las habitaciones son muy bien diseñadas, limpias, amplias, con una cama cómoda, almohadas mullidas y ropa con olor a limpio. Televisión grande con servicio a streaming, refrigerador, microondas, plancha funcional, caja de seguridad e iluminación adecuada. Bastante alejado del bullicio de la calle. Baño sumamente limpio, con productos de calidad bien contemplados. La pasé muy bien en el alojamiento! Lo recomiendo sin dudar!!!

Great location for broadway shows, MSG, Times Square, Empire state building and similar sites. Breakfast was simple yet sufficient. Rooms are rather small but clean.
