All of the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They were helpful throughout the stay and each person greeted me with a smile. Crystal in particular was extremely wonderful. She went above and beyond to make my stay a great experience. N/A

Well located for NYC theatre. Accessible by E line train. Decent sized rooms with bath & shower. Small but compact gym with basic equipment. Initially went to the wrong hotel which extended a long walk on a very hot summer day.

The only issue we had was a squeaky door and maintenance came right upmand sprayed some WD40 and fixed it. Parking on the street was fine on Sunday, but make sure to move tona garage nearby before 6am or it will get a ticket or towed. Therw is no free breakfast onsite, but there is a mini Starbucks.

The location of the hotel is good close to everywhere everything is within good reach. The staff are polite. My security deposit is taking a while to be refunded to me
