This is a beautiful hotel and everyone was wonderful to interact with. They helped with luggage, getting rides and the restaurant had good food and drinks. It was a great stay for two nights.

Hotel cleanliness. Friendly staff. Nice location and walking distance to French Quarter attractions and restaurants. Public parking across the street. Comfortable bed and pillows. And mostly important given NOLA it was quiet for a good nice sleep! Nothing.

The staff and extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The food was delicious even room service did not disappoint.

The ambiance was exceptional. Honestly, I was with a female friend and we both were a little scared to venture out at night. I was verbally attacked by an unhoused gentleman who said he heard me talking about him earlier that day. I hadn’t said a word, let alone say anything about him. I think more security would have made me feel a bit more comfortable.

The Waldorf Astoria Hilton Hotel has the best of both worlds: 1920s charm but up to date, clean, comfortable and modern amenities/rooms. The housekeeping staff was exceptionally kind, as well as the reception staff. The restaurant they have for breakfast was great; the rooftop pool, while not super large, was still lovely and well maintained. I felt safe and pampered at the hotel. It is in walking distance to a grocery store, Walgreens, and of course, to Bourbon Street and all the fun restaurants and bars and shops. I will definitely book with them again if and when I return to New Orleans.

We come here every year in August. Staff was great! We stayed at the pool for 6 hours the first day. Great pool side bar.

Very beautiful hotel. There was construction going on during our stay so a few amenities were not available, but it was a very nice stay anyways.
