The first few days there were few people in the hotel. There was no one around to make omelets.

Loved the attention and service I received since I got off the Uber. Felt like a 5 star hotel. Room was clean as well as other areas. Easy to move from hotel to local areas although I preferred taking an Uber. A complimentary bottle of water was given for first night. I did not find anything to not like.

Very nice hotel, on par with a Marriott or Hilton property. Breakfast was great. Nice staff, clean room and facilities, and a great location. Excellent shower (strong pressure and flow volume) and spa tub. I would definitely stay there again. I liked everything.

Easy walk to the Miraflores shoreline from this location. Centrally located among dining. Barranco district a short taxi ride away. Inka markets a short walk away. Great Concierge service. They arranged airport transfers for us. Exceptionally clean and comfortable rooms. Roof top pool and bar area weren’t open even though temps were warm. Lounge bar wasn’t staffed and appeared closed. Elevators appeared to be shut down regularly. These items didn’t affect our stay too much as we were in town for sightseeing.

Large room and bathroom. Halls were dirty- needed to be vacuumed. Lowest setting on AC was 24 degrees so room was warm. Pillows hard and lumpy- uncomfortable. Only given one small bottle of water for whole stay.

Room size, bed comfortable Initial interaction with Front desk was dissatisfying. We were arriving in a morning flight from Argentina and knowing we were hours prior check in times. It took 5 minutes for the front desk lady to acknowledge us (she was having a conversation with another staff member in person). When asked if she can call us when our room was available, she told us” I’ll give you our phone number and you can call us, we are too busy here to make the call”. The day of the check out another lady was generous enough to grant us a requested 2 pm check out due to our flight changed to a later evening time.
