Location is great No AC, you have to drop your key at front desk every time you leave. No converter for the TV. Internet is slow.. Breakfast isn’t fully rolled out until 7.30. If you want to leave early there is coffee and toast. Otherwise breakfast is good. .

The airport is about an hour from Miraflores where this hotel is located in Lima. The area is safe for walking around during the day. I don't know about night. And about 5/6 blocks from Kennedy Park. The staff is real friendly and courteous. The shower doors. Because they are thick glass without handles, which makes it hard to close or open. I had to pay a charge ($29.00) for a late check out. But taking into account the reasonable daily rate ($41.00). I think it's only fair.

Staff was nice Room smells moldy, bed is very squeaky and uncomfortable, light doesn't turn off fully, can hear every other room in the place and windows are exposed to the hallway and other rooms with zero privacy.

The neighborhood I love Miraflores They changed me 3 times then they were painting the hotel and very noisy t there was a couple very suspicious they were talking like if they were at home ? I didn’t sleep at all the worst part when I called the receptionist she said sorry but I don’t hear nothing at all ?????

The location is great. The receptionists (and staff in general) are very nice and helpful, had no issues communicating in English too. Breakfast included is a nice touch, and you can also arrange additional services such as laundry as well for a reasonable fee. WiFi was brutal, had to use mobile data quite often. The room could use a renovation, with rickety chairs and loosey outlets. Noise from other rooms / the hallway was also quite distracting at times.
