Customer service and location.

Great location, great breakfast bar, helpful staff, comfy clean room . Very close to the busy Kennedy park, but not too close, a short walk and great variety of restaurants . It was very peaceful and comfy. No complaints. Very comfy and beautiful clean rooms.

location was excellent. staff was helpful and very pleasant. the rooms were immaculate, like new. very quiet and peaceful.Nice big windows , very cozy, quiet, no noise from outside traffic. loved it. a small fridge would have been nice……..

The location was great and the staff were amazing!! They let me in the room earlier than I was supposed to check in without charging extra money and let me enjoy the breakfast even though it had already been done. The room was clean and bigger than it seems in the picture. I highly recommend, I had a great experience

Very clean. Very modern and nice rooms. Lots of space. Staff were excellent Little tiny bit of noise from other room for one night but it wasn't bad at all

The bed was clean and comfortable. The shower was the most complicated shower I have ever come across in my life. It had three handles. Three. Why?

Nice modern and clean hotel, close to many restaurants and shops...and to Park Kennedy ...but very spartan inside the room with a sense of emptiness in a large space...not even a glass to drink water or to put your tooth brush...or a rug beside the bed;...insonorisation was dreadful, bring your earplugs :-) I would not use this hotel again

- Location - Room decent size - Very firm bed - Sounds from within the building were annoying (not people)

Modern, clean room. Good AC/heating in room. Very large clean shower. Bottles of water in room. TV with Netflix linked to phone worked well. No warm duvet/blanket available in the room. Only thin sheet on the bed. Breakfast quite basic.
