Clean, good location, helpful and friendly

Staff was exceptional. The location was a bit away from main Milan attractions and restaurants.

Incredible service - our flight landed at 7 am Milan time, staff was insanely polite, free bag storage, gave us a coffee and expedited the room as much as possible. Great location and spectacular breakfast. Really, Magville is an ABSOLUTELY AWESOME find for for the cost. Fairly centrally located ~25 min walk to the Duomo, safe area, really can’t speak highly enough. Also girlfriend bought the same brand of hairdryer they had because that thing blew (in a good way for a dryer haha). Beds were firm (but I enjoy a firm bed) & there was some nearby construction but not like it kept us up at night or woke us up. Wouldn’t let either thing dissuade you from this phenomenal hotel.

Everything! In a nice residential area of Milan. Quiet and relaxed. Beautiful little patio outside to chill out. My room was clean and had a nice bathtub that I made use of. The staff were very attentive and went out of their way. For example, I had to leave very early in the morning and didn’t have a spoon for my yogurt, so they let me take one from the hotel. They also offered to let me take breakfast with me, even though it was an hour before the breakfast officially started. The water I drank from the mini fridge was also complimentary. All around super lovely. I couldn’t figure out the TV in my room. The casting didn’t work even though it was supposedly a smart TV. Some instructions in the room would have been nice.

The walls are a bit thin and you can hear noises from the hall and from other rooms. But as long as all guests stay mindful of this and don't get too loud, it's not that big of a problem.

It was a perfect haven and quiet. An oasis in a bustling city. Strollers with babies allowed to block the aisles at breakfast. Small children running in a small tranquil place.

Lovely stay in Milan. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. They let us check in early, would have let us check out late. The crib for the baby was set up when we arrived. Nice location away from the main tourist drag. Great breakfast too with good cappuccinos. Only comment is that the shampoo/soap were poor quality and there was no hair conditioner. Would stay here again.

The staff was incredible. Each person was eager to please. Each person remembered the little things (still vs sparkling water), they made every effort to accommodate my schedule. The location is not ideal but in every other way, it is a wonderful place to stay. I am grateful to each person who went out of their way to meet my needs. Towels could be better

I stayed here on 3 separate visits at the end of June/early July. The staff could not possibly have been more helpful. I messaged about an early arrival, and my room was ready. When I left for the airport in the middle of the night, the night time concierge made me a cappuccino and cornetto. They were always pleasant, always helpful. Water was provided whenever I needed it. Breakfast was ample, with outdoor tables in the little, charming courtyard. The room is small, but perfectly sized for one person. The garage is about 2 blocks away but manageable with luggage. You need a local phone to call the attendant if you are leaving in the middle of the night. The location is walking distance to Quadrilateral d'Oro, but I did take a few cabs. It's not far from a metro stop which I also used a few times. It is exactly what one would want from a hotel at this price point. I was perfectly happy with my choice. It was a little further away from attractions that I would like, but for the price it cannot be beat.

Great location, very friendly staff good recommendations for food too.

The property is very convenient located and near a bus stop they can take you pretty much anywhere. It’s right around the corner. There’s also a grocery store that you can save a lot of money on food and maybe a block away maybe two blocks max great rooms. I had one a very large, generous balcony. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was unbelievable but you do have to ask for freshly made eggs, hot eggs, or bacon to be made fresh on the spot. Sometimes the cleaning person didn’t clean the room thoroughly, but that was a minor issue. It wasn’t really like a big it was more like replacing the soap.

Friendly staff and a great breakfast. Location was excellent—an interesting part of town, close to the metro and a short walk to the centre. The beds were hard and the rooms were nicely appointed but quite small.

Nicely appointed environment in room and common areas, quiet and comfortable. Wonderful breakfast. Helpful and accommodating staff. Distance from Milan (MXP) airport, no parking available other than public garage for a daily fee a couple blocks away.

The hotel was located in the quiet part of Milan. Staff were friendly and accomodating. We loved the cleanliness of the room. The free breakfast was amazing. The hotel offered complimentary fruit and pastries at reception. Definitely will be staying here again.

Very good

For the price this is an excellent choice. It’s not the biggest, but they very clearly make an effort and it shows. I only have good things to say, so thank you and congratulations on a well run and cared for hotel. Will stay again ?
