Hotel Poma

Very poor WiFi connection. Very bad lift facilities. Not comfortable bed. Bad

I have nothing to like about this hotel. Washroom was ultra dirty. No running hot water. Shower wasn't working at all. Someone even kocked the door middle of night. It located away far from all amenities. I won't recommend everyone to stay in this hotel.

Good location Room was a mess, rust on everything, bathroom had a missing door on the shower making it get wet every time someone took a bath. The bathroom had mold all over it and smelled like it too.

The receptionist was kind. Terrible smell of cigarettes in the room. No stand for the toilet paper, rust, lift was super slow (like minutes to go up). A bug was scuttling across the floor at reception, not a nice smell in the (small) breakfast area, very limited choice of food. I saw staff, not Italians, going around the floors bare footed (no shoes or socks, no nothing) while delivering little bottles , and this is really a different level of what you'd expect in a decent hotel in Europe or Italy.

Location. The comedy of the situation. Fresh towels each day. Half of the shower door was missing. Mold in the bathroom. Room smelled funny. Hidden costs (taxes and AC) kind of sucked.

Mina.. a very friendy and funny receptionist, and very helpful, and for this price it was by far the best hotel u could find in de city of milan. Absolutely a hotel that i would reccomend Everything was perfect. (And yes there where a few spots on the wall but you cant expect them to paint the walls after every visitor and the light button that was a little broken, but it still worked and again.. for this price range… it didnt bother my at all)

The hotel was superb! The bed was extremely comfy, clean and the room was nice and clean. We had a private bathroom, with the toiletries as per any hotel standards. The towels were really fluffy, and in a protective wrap. The location of the hotel was superb, we could access all points via bus or metro. The gentleman on the reception was really helpful and we had a chat, he gave us few tips. Thank you, can highly recommend this place and we will definitely come back again to the lovely hotel Poma!

Affordable hotel with a good location. Public transport is nearby. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming, left us in a good mood! We were really gratefull for the small breakfast as well. The shower door was broken, which led to some flooding in the bathroom, but other than that we have no complaints! :)

I was able to check-in earlier than the standard hotel's check-in time. They accomodated me in one of the rooms quickly. The wi-fi didn't work on the top floor. I had to get downstairs to the reception use the wi-fi to solve an last minute issue on my trip.
