Old school place okay place if u need 1 nighter

We had an excellent stay. The property is very well located and offers easy access to many tourist attractions, which made our trip much more convenient. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the host provided great service throughout our stay, always being helpful and attentive. We highly recommend this place to future guests looking for a vacation rental. It was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Nuestra estadía fue excelente. La propiedad está muy bien ubicada y tiene fácil acceso a varios lugares turísticos, lo que hizo nuestro viaje mucho más cómodo. El alojamiento estaba limpio y organizado, y la atención del anfitrión fue muy buena en todo momento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y responder nuestras preguntas. Sin duda, recomendamos este lugar a futuras personas que deseen hospedarse aquí durante sus vacaciones. Fue una experiencia muy agradable y volveríamos a rentarlo.

location is good, it's in front of the subway and a bus station, and close to the tram. taxis to the center don't cost much from that location. staff is really helpful. It's more than good for a budget-stay.keep in mind there's no elevator but staff is so kind, they help you if you need

A room without a window (which came as a surprise—it wasn’t mentioned in the reservation, and the photos didn’t show it either). Doors, bathroom and electrical wiring poorly maintained.

Unable to travel to Milan due to 3-day transportation strike in Italy. Asked if a refund was possible but they never responded. I understand if you have a no-refund with booking.com, but to not even have the decency to answer? Unbelievably RUDE. If the rest of their "service" is like this, I'll avoid in the future.

I booked a room for two people, but upon arrival we were not given the room we had reserved. Instead, we were placed in a different room that was very small, had no window, and felt quite cramped. After we complained at the reception, the staff changed our room and gave us the one we originally booked. Unfortunately, the heating in the room was not working, and we had to ask for an extra blanket as it was a bit cold. The window in the room could not be opened, which was also inconvenient. Our room faced the street, and we could hear noise from outside throughout the entire night.

Absolutely horrible experience. The reception staff were shockingly rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. From the moment I arrived, I felt unwelcome and disrespected. They spoke with attitude, refused to help, and acted like guests were a burden. I actually decided to leave the hotel because of the reception staff, even though it was late and I had nowhere else to stay. That says everything about how terrible the situation was.

Old and uneven mattress, tough on your back. No restocking of breakfast items.

The room I got was in a basement with many stairs that were difficult to climb and descend, especially since there was no one to help with the luggage at check out. The room faced a very dirty inner courtyard and the door to the room facing the courtyard was broken, it wouldn't close. The hotel is old and dirty, right from the entrance, dirty carpet, dirty walls, very strong smell of cigarette smoke.

Balcony and breakfast room noise from inconsiderate guests was annoying. Breakfast is overpriced. (There is a tabac right outside the door on the corner for a morning espresso and Cornetto which is a better option.)
