The room is worn down but quite clean We had everything we needed for the short stay Nice receptionist, answered all questions quickly, allowed to drop the bags in the morning Bathroom is inconvenient, hard to get out of the shower

The bed was comfortable The balcony wall was not locking and this was a concern for me.

Nothing The fact that it was very basic and yes I should have not read the people’s reports for a 1 Star hotel. Turning up and being charged €10 for air conditioning was ridiculous. Mould in the shower and the shower tray was rusted badly. Sockets hanging off the wall

The staff was helpful and location was near restaurants and bars No extra towels, but that was no big deal.

Good location, 5min walk to lambrate station. Not too much clean. There was 10eu fee for arriving after 10pm.

Room has the basic necessities for an overnight budget stay in Milan. Bed was clean. Bonus points for having bidet in the toilet. Furniture are old already with visible chips in the cabinet. Bathroom and shower area has molds. Should have provided a new tissue paper for new guests.

I liked the staff, they were really friendly. Room was good, with comfortable bed and private bathroom. The place is quiet so we slept deeply. Small shower but it's not a big deal. At least bathroom was private, which is a really nice thing.
