Martini Suite

They don’t provide coffee or tea pods in the room. Whenever you want coffee or tea, you need to go downstairs and ask for hot water, and you’re expected to drink it there rather than in your room. However, they may make exceptions, as the receptionist mentioned. Also, during check-in, they ask for your credit card details and write them down on paper, which doesn’t seem very secure or safe. That said, it appears to be their policy.

We need late check but nobody was at hotel after midnight, so we stay couple hours at street.we checked in next day. They refund money for first night.

Parking only

The Staff and the room were very good The fact the there was no Wi-Fi and since the property is getting renewed construction workers were working during the night . So like at 2am I could hear them working and whistling , which made sleeping very difficult, and the check out is at 10:00!!! I would not recommend. Also , breakfast.. very poor , only sweet things, no healthy options.. for the price i expected much more..

Staff was courteous and responsive. Breakfast was great. Renovations going on which was not mentioned earlier. Room was in another building that had to be accessed by road (internal access closed due to renovations). Room was bare with no water, coffee machine, or mini fridge, so to get even water or coffee, one had to get out on the road, go to the other building and buy bottled water. No room service either. No provision to buy water by adding the price to the bill. I didn't have cash / coins to buy water so the staff simply said "sorry, we can't help you with this". Had to go to a store to purchase water with my card. Renovation noise went on through the day. Booking.com did not provide the cost for 3 people, even though I had searched for and been shown a Triple Room in the hotel. Had to pay a supplemental cost for the 3rd person after I reached the hotel. What's the point of showing a Triple Room, when you show the price for only 2 people? This is a problem with Booking.com.

The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was fresh and complete with hot drinks made on request. The room was really big and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Our room in 3rd floor was big enough. We enjoyed nice design of the social room. Breakfast was perfect. Very good coffe was served by 2 very polite waiters who made our days each morning. Our daughters were happy to be called "signorina" :-) Thank you.

The room was big, airy and clean. They provided lovely shower gel/ soaps/ body cream. The beds were comfortable and they were changed daily, We liked the decór and the service from the staff. The breakfast was very nice selection of fruits/cereals/ croissants / cakes and really good coffee served by a very pleasant waiter. We were on the top floor and the stairs were a bit challenging for one of our companions,(over 70 yrs), also the room had windows in the roof which allowed the early morning sun in.(even though they had curtains) The shower is far too small for a room of that size and I think a tall person would struggle to use it with comfort

Great location with amazing staff! Nice breakfast, access to free water and okay neighborhood. I think it would’ve been nice to have slipper in the room.

The location is close to Railway station There is no lift in the building, neither the staff will help you carry your luggage to the room. The facilities mentioned in the description is also not made available, for example, electric kettle is mentioned but we were not provided the same, and on requesting for the same, the receptionist started arguing and said that such requests can't be entertained. I mentioned that it was mentioned in the description of the hotel but still he was adamant and didn't provide us the electric kettle. The breakfast menu is very limited with almost no vegetarian options available.

Property is nicely done Location is a bit far, plus staff in evening is not good at all at the reception specifically. Morning staff was very good

Very warm and clean. Lovely Christmas decorations. Shower very hot and beds were comfortable. Strange damp smell in our room. Breakfast very basic. No hot drink or fridge facilities in our room.

The suite had a bath room which was much more comfortable to access and not directly opening within the room. The balcony and road facing view was good.

I had a fantastic experience with Ronald and Douglas during my stay. He was exceptionally thorough and diligent, ensuring that my room was always impeccably clean and comfortable. From fresh linens to spotless surfaces, every detail was taken care of with great precision. He was also friendly and respectful, always greeting me with a smile and accommodating any special requests I had. His hard work and attention to detail truly made my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for his outstanding service and dedication.
