The staff was kind, the entrance closes at 1am, so we got an extra key by request to be able to come back later. We weren't bothered by the noise of neighbors, and the balcony was nice. The AC wasn't working, it just switched on and off time to time. No fridge.

Let's you leave the luggage. Super amazing and kind staff that amazed to see guests from different countries. Good wi-fi, beds, and room for a travelling family. The location is far from both center and nearest metro station.

Small issues in room eg toilet flush leaked slightly and tap needed to be closed, could be easily worked around.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Location was also fine. Heating was on. No trash can in the room, just a small one in the bathroom. Everything is old, but it's ok because it was clean. No stairs, so for those who can't walk much could be inconvenient.

It’s very smelly room, and they were doing like a party at the reception at night which is very noisy.

Location was the only positive thing along with somewhat helpful staff Room size, over priced, no elevator, too much noise issue with neighbours.... Cannot watch movie on phone also or attend to office calls early morning. Insulation very weak. Air con was off and no fan was there in the room.

Receptionist very very friendly waited up for me after milan game when door was meant to lock at 1am he gave me a key to get back in but he stayed up until 2am for me absolutely gentlemen

The owner was friendly The room was very, very dirty with spider webs all around. The floor was dirty too, and walls were smudgy.

Everything was fine. We had great time in the hotel and especially the hotel owner was very caring. Thanks for everything again. If you want to visit Milan you can prefer without thinking. Thanks for everything again ❤️

The hotel is near a metro station, you have plenty markets in the area. The rooms are OK, equipped with the necessary facilities (one bed - confortable, one small TV, a bathroom and a balcony). The furniture was old, but these are not important details. Around 23-00 PM there were people outside their rooms and there was noise and you can hear it from your room. The lady who was cleaning there was a very nice and helpful person.
