Nice behavior, clean room, good breakfast I rented a double bedroom with my three year old baby. I emailed them but they didn't reply to my email. When we got there, they looked at my baby and said that you have to pay to keep your baby in your room. It was really shocking for me. Should I book a separate room for my three-year-old child who will be staying with me?btw I would ask them to develop their booking options further and make them easier.

The place is very convinient, 5 minutes walking distance to the Milano Centrale. Staff are accommodating and helpful. With different choices of breakfast meal.

The late-night check-in was very convenient and made our arrival much easier. The room was quite standard but clean, with a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. The staff were polite and helpfu The breakfast was very limited, and the food quality was disappointing. The coffee was especially bad. There was no bottled drinking water available anywhere in the hotel, although there was free access to drinking water.

Very close to train station, staff was knowledgeable, and helped me find metro for site seeing. It was prefect for one night to wait for the train the next day. I knew it would be small, but it was smaller than you think. The outlets by the bed, could not work because the head board blocked the plug from entering strait. The shower was excessively small, and had no shelf to store products on. While I used the a/c it did not work very well, considering the room was only 150 Sq feet.
