Very helpful and friendly staff, great location at the city center and quite nice breakfast.

Super convenient! Bed was amazing. I miss it. A/C was really cold. Not enough surface area to put things on our put away. Did not use robes and they were in the way. Electrical sockets were hard to get used to. Sometime worked to charge devices but if you pulled your card from the slot then you won’t get a charge.

The hotel and staff were excellent. They went the extra mile whenever needed, were incredibly generous and courteous, and provided outstanding service in every respect. In the room, it wasn’t very clear which items belonged to the minibar and which were complimentary and available for use. In addition, the hotel did not provide any welcome gesture upon arrival, such as a small snack or treat. What I initially thought was a complimentary gift unfortunately turned out to be a chargeable item. I understand that this was likely a misunderstanding, and perhaps this is standard practice in Italy, but it did leave a slight sense of disappointment.

Room facing the street tends to be noise as you can hear the trolley bus outside at night.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. The breakfast was great, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options. The service was outstanding – the staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Highly recommended, and we would be happy to stay here again! ? The carpet in the hallway feels outdated and could benefit from renovation or replacement.

Location, location, location. Not only close to the main attractions, but set on the M1 (Red) metro line, that is most useful for tourist. Staff and service - very friendful, help in any issue. I should especially mention Assia on the reception. Very good breakfast, five hot dishes, wide choice of everything. n-room air conditioning. The restaurant marked as Michelin - but not on this level. In menu with a little choice. Service is good but food is not. Better to dinner in other place.

I booked it mainly because it was close to the start and end spot of the Stramilano half marathon, which were literally 3 minutes walk away, but I found the location to be ideal for touring around Milano. It's less than 10 minutes walk from the Duomo and there are tons of restaurants, cafes and stores all around the hotel. The room was very spacious in European standards, the hotels feels new and spot clean, the staff was nice, and the breakfast was great. Everything was exceptional. The only minor detail I can mention is the too-small glass of the bath shower.

Very comfortable and clean. Central location Staff kindly upgrade my room to a junior suite and allowed a late check out as I needed a shower after Milan Marathon. Very impressed with the service On the pricey side

AC is not working for the whole hotel and I am suffering to get a refund for the amount paid
