Literally just steps from great restaurants, shops and many attractions. At the reception Mr. Attilio gave me great information on where to go and overall tips as a visitor. Attilio provided an outstanding customer service, he was friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel welcome not just to the hotel but also to Milano. The hotel was extra clean, the breakfast was delicious and the hotel was very charming. I am already making plans to go back next year. N/a

Location was brilliant Room was tiny with a horrible small window and it was very overpriced - I had paid for a suite and they stuck us in a room that was small and claustrophobic

Beautiful decor, fantastic location close to everything. Exceptional service! The bathroom is very large and beautifully decorated! I know this is petty, but we were told we would each receive a complimentary glass of prosecco at happy hour. I was surprised at check out when the clerk told me the additional charge was for prosecco.

The location of the hotel is super. It is right in the centre but still away from the crowd. Public transport as well as the bike station is just a step away. The breakfast seating is very cosy. Especially for people who prefer more room and privacy. For the two of us it was just fine. I read about before and therefore I now know and agree with comments regarding limited space.
