Accommodating staff. Nice bed. Small awkward angle bathroom. No view.

The Room was good but very late at night we had to listen to some noisy neighbors , shouting and dragging chairs bathroom was down the end of the hallway , didnt expect that

The staff on reception were so lovely and friendly. It was clean and close to the city centre. It was quite small and cramped but it was okay

A lovely option for a short stay. Nicely located within easy walking distance of Dom, with convenient 24-hour check-in. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, and the whole stay felt easy and comfortable.

The location was fab! The room was clean, bed were comfy. The bathroom was not just external it was at the bottom of the hall. People kept trying to come in while I was in the shower. The bathroom was very small, the shower door barely closed. There was no view, you can’t get cocktails downstairs, or any food other very basic breakfast. Never was asked for proof of stay when coming and going, not secure hotel. We left our suitcases at reception, however we never got a ticket or they weren’t in any order meaning anyone could have took our cases. The cleaner wouldn’t give us new towels, muhammod was very unpleasant when I asked for some.

the staff from the reception to cleaning were nice, thorough, very friendly and helpful. answered all my questions and went beyond. the room was cleaned daily, and it was squeaky clean. soap, hair+body wash, toothpaste+brush and shower cap were all provided (besides the usual stuff like kettle and towels). the location was excellent, 1 minute from a main street, 4 minute walk from the duomo. the hotel was safe, there was a safe in the room and the main door was closed by the reception when they were around. the only downside were the paper thin walls, i woke up almost daily to people slamming their doors or stuff being moved above me.

10/10 location and the hotel is modern and beautiful. Would maybe stay again One staff member was an absolute angel and deserves a raise, meanwhile there was another staff member who was so rude to me that I wanted to just leave right then and there. Basically called me rude, entitled, and stupid in his own roundabout way because I decided to book for another night and was curious if early check in would be a possibility if I had to switch rooms, he was also a rude during check out too. The other staff member though, I don’t know his name, was an absolute angel, he was so sweet and made great coffee. The poor rating is literally only to reflect the way that one staff member treated me. He needs to learn how hospitality works, maybe his colleague can teach him.

Location is perfect, 5 mins walk to Duomo, metro links, shops and restaurants. Newly decorated throughout. Ignore photos on Trip Advisor they're out of date. Bathroom and toilet facilities in rooms have glass doors so no privacy if youre sharing. New couples be aware

Great location! Staff were nice! We did have the smallest room which meant the bathroom was seperate, which didn’t clearly explain it was the other end of the corridor. The doors also were very loud when opening and closing as it wasn’t a handle to turn just to push. So I felt sorry when going to the bathroom at night waking up other guests. The carpet along the corridor to the bathroom that I looked at many times as I went was disgusting! Needs replacing and is a small amount which wouldn’t be difficult. I also had a bathroom towel that was ripped. The shower had no area to put toiletries. The bedroom very small and the bed was low. One of the lamps was stuck together with sticky tape. There were two mugs but I’m not sure why there was no kettle or any other amenities. The fridge also was not cold at all, had a beer in there for over 12 hours and was barely cold. Aircon was also weird to use. We both slept with ear plugs as the walls were thin. I get this is a two star hotel and was great location. But some basics could have been better.

The hotel is centrally located and a quick walk to the Duomo and Galleria. It is also a short walk to the metro station that gets you all around the city. Muhammad at the front desk is so friendly, helpful with recommendations, and makes a great cappuccino!
