Everything

nice big room, Piola has everything
-
Very good location to metro station Piola that is close to the centre and Duomo, there is fitnes and spa centre, very clean, strong Internet, very nice, large, quite room, there is an elevator. There is no terrace that is usually a problem in Milano.
-
It was very clean, the staff treated us very nicely they even let us do the check in before 14:00 so i really recommend it

The location near Piola metro is perfect to arrive fast to the centre. And the staff is very friendly! I was able to do the check-in before thanks to the friendly receptionist. The window doors (to make the room dark) where very old and they don't close (room 211). When someone in the other room has their alarm at morning, you are going to hear it better than the person who sleeps deeply... and if someone is in the hallway you can hear the conversation perfectly... the bed was comfortable but I barely sleep because of that things. Plus, the TV was not working and the wifi was just working for WhatsApp but not for YouTube or instagram.

They didn’t have slippers in the room
-
We couldn't turn on the a/c when it was too loud outside to want the window open.

Close to the public transportation points (metro, buses) but also to some food places. There’s coffee in the room. Was ok for a short trip. Breakfast was pricey, I went out to eat. Would have been nice to have more amenities in the bathroom. I didn’t have any issues but the room doors are quite antiquated and it felt like they didn’t close properly. It is part of the charm of the property but it made me feel slightly uneasy.

The bedroom and bathroom were both spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the ease of the check in process. I enjoyed the access to several outdoor spaces. The only possible item I would mention is that I didn't find the elevator before hauling my luggage up several flights of stairs to the check-in. Everything else made the room a good value.

I booked aparment at 18.02 after midnight for 18.02, but i received that it was booked for 17.02. Then, I call the stuff to move schedulle for next day and pay for different aparment with higher price, they refused it. Now, they got full price for empty aparment which nobody used it.

The advertisement for the property left out the fact n parking was available close to the hotel and paid parking of 30€ was required 7 minutes away. Had I known this I would have changed my choice. I found out after I paid for the hotel of course.
-
It was to noisy in the room, and we felt unsafe.
-
Location close to the metro station and main train station, bathroom size is good Upgrade for breakfast too expensive
-
The fridge was doing an awful noise, I had to shut it down. There is no carpet in the corridor so the noise is not reduced, we hear outside noise from inside the room.
-
Room was new. Bit complicated get to the room at the beginning
-
Only suggestion: maybe turn off the light in the corridor overnight and reduce noise coming from mini-fridge. Both woke me up couple of times. Other than that wonderful. Won't go anywhere else for any trip to milan
