Decent room with a spacious balcony (in select rooms in first floor). Accommodative and supportive front desk staff. Breakfast is decent. Hotel staff will provide kettle (if requested). Quite walkable to many nearby restaurants and University (Politecnico Milano) & Metro station. The hotel staff provided extra time for checkout for a minimal cost.

The room is large and spacious. Location is a five-minute walk to an underground station and a grocery store, along with a medium-sized park in the other direction. The neighbourhood is quiet and urban, and there is a restaurant and gelataria within easy reach. Hotel staff are knowledgeable and will deliver luggage to the room if checking in early. Breakfast is personalized. On the third floor, so SMALL window. The bathroom is on the small side. The hotel uses a GIANT, medallion-sized keychain that is very heavy. The elevator is on the slow side.

I would have liked to control the room temperature.

The location is very convenient, close to two metro stations. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was good, especially the excellent coffee. The room was clean and equipped with towels, bathroom slippers, and a safe. The elevator was slow but functional. One small downside is that there was no kettle in the room. Overall, it was a good stay.

The hotel offers good value for money you pay. Of course it's not a luxury hotel, but we paid much less and received much more compare to other same class hotels. Breakfasts were included in our price when other same class hotels in the same area charge 1.5x just for a room. Room has a good soundproofing. Bed is comfy. Cleaning is good. Coffee is very tasty. I don't know how should I drink capsules coffee now, after trying this one. There was electric kettle in the room.The hotel has 24-hours front desk which is not mentioned on Booking.com. Location is good. Quiet area, a few metro stations to the center. Walking distance to Central train station. Supermarket is few steps away. I can recommend this hotel if you look for a good value for money. I also suggest the hotel to update the photos on Booking, because some of them look darker and worse than in reality and can create a wrong impression. For those who is looking for a great variety of food, you won't find it here. Breakfast will be the same every day.

The hotel was clean the room was spacious and had a large balcony, kettle in the room staff were friendly and helpful. Location was OK but.needed to use Metro but this was.simple with a direct line to station centrale . I stayed in 2 different rooms for 1 night then returned for 3 my first room didn't ha e a balcony although I paid for one so was a little disappointed but it was an unforeseen circumstance so I understood but when I returned the roo. Was lovely and had a super balcony.k

A very nice family run hotel in a good location near the Metro. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were great. Very helpful, friendly and attentive to whatever we needed. We would and likely will go again. Some of the rooms have balcony with a nice garden overview.
