We stayed in the first floor and impossible to open the window cause it was straight to the streets, but it’s okay when in the summer.

Desk open 24/7. There’s a very nice, small garden. The bed was very comfortable. There is a fridge in the room. Breakfast was ok, 7/10. Watch for the mosquitos.

Nice little hotel, located reasonably close to metro lines. Tiny room, not really modern, but clean and has everything one needs. Bed was comfortable.

I stayed 5 nights for work. The hotel was clean and very well run. The staff were kind and attentive. While I was there my travel plans were disrupted by a transportation strike, and the staff were understanding and flexible as I adjusted my travel plans. The breakfast was good value and the indoor/outdoor eating was very pleasant (I stayed in June). It was hot during my stay, and the AC worked very well. Easy 5-10 minute walk from the Piola metro stop on the M2 line. Overall, very good value. Thank you.

Room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and very accommodating considering we arrived after midnight. Breakfast was quite good and the cappucino was excellent.

Location, comfortable bed, good breakfast, very clean. It was cold at night because the central heating was turned off but it’s everywhere in Italy.

All in all, we are glad we stayed there and would stay again if we came to Milan ?.

Overall it was ok in the end for what we needed the room, but could have been better for the amount of money we paid. Thin walls, you can hear people in the next room even talking. We had to wait for check-in even after 14:00. Small place for breakfast, if the hotel is full you might not get a place to eat only in your room. Breakfast could be more varied. There was a weird toilet-like smell in our room on the ground floor.

A very nice hotel, with an grate ambiance and very friendly staff. Close tot the metro, just 2 stops to the Milano Centrale and close to the city center. A good, nice and quiet hotel to stay at on your city brake to Milan The hotel has a lot of character, so don't expect a modern and top of the line hotel.
