The staff at the reception on the day 1 was rude . The other days different staff were fine.

The location is superb. Very near to milan central station. Also very near to the tram stop. The room is carpeted. Free 2 bottles of water, sparkling and neutral. Lift is working properly. The fridge is cold enough. Breakfast spread was ok. The room is really tiny. The aircond abit warm and keep on and off throughout the night. The toilet flushing sounds like niagara waterfall but doesnt flush easily. Need to do many times.

Nice to have a balcony but the French doors stick badly and need maintenance and the outside balcony floor badly needed sweeping. There was a broom nearby outside so I swept it. Shower extremely tiny. When the Porter brought my bags it would've been nice to have it explained very briefly how the lights worked and how the heating worked. Closet door will not stay closed so it's always wide open and in the way. Bathroom door also swings open and in the way unless fully closed

Breakfast was wonderful & they provided a sack lunch/breakfast for the day I had to leave early. Front desk people were exceptionally helpful! Beds were hard & pillows were not soft.

They checked me in before showing me the room. According to booking policy, once you are checked in, you are required to pay at least for the first night if you decide to leave. Had they shown me the room beforehand, I would have chosen a different hotel and avoided this situation entirely. Here are the issues I experienced: 1. The room was extremely small and did not match the photos. 2. The view overlooked sewage and a nearby construction site. 3. The bathroom door was broken and would not close. 4. The room became unbearably hot in the morning due to direct sunlight. 5. There was clear inconsistency regarding the air conditioning. The receptionist initially said it was not working. Housekeeping later claimed it was working but couldn’t operate it, then called the receptionist, after which they reverted to saying it was not working. Instead of fixing the issue, they offered a fan—completely unacceptable for a four-star hotel. 6. I found insects hidden under the pillow. Although I dealt with the ones I saw, it raised serious concerns about overall cleanliness and hygiene. This experience fell far below the expected standards Their location
