Andreola Central Hotel

I lost my gold chain behind the bed headboard and the front desk contacted their maintenance people to retrieve it for me. I really appreciate such care! The med mattress was uncomfortable and my sons bed was really small.

Bathroom design and size was better than most hotels. Had room for personal items next to sink. Location of hotel near Central Station worked great for us. Lacked storage/working space for multiple large suitcases and inability to keep shower door closed which created a wet mess.

Beautiful property & view. Dining on the Terrace at night with music. Entrance to property hard with long corridor and 2 elevators .Long walk to main part of town

Great suite on the 7th floor. Good breakfast and convenient location next to Milano Centrale station. There was some construction at the front of the building, but I am certain that will improve soon. The elevator advertisement was unwelcome. I was emailed several times to “upgrade” to a smaller room for an extra charge. I booked a suite (and stayed in it), but received emails offering a room half the size for an extra charge.

The breakfast was great and the staff were so kind and helpful. We would have preferred to have a non smoking room.

The breakfast had only scrambled egg and boiled egg ather Wise it was ok

Location. The apartments are not in the actual hotel. It is around three minute walk which is very scary at night. However, a staff member accompanied us to take us to the apartment at night. My staff was very helpful. The breakfast is amazing and the location is perfect. The route to the apartment at night.

Would appreciate more room to put items in bathroom and a way to make coffee in the room.

Location. Even though I adjusted the temperature for the A/C, it was not cooling down the room.

We decided to splurge on the deluxe suite for our last night in Italy and our 28th anniversary, and it was so worth it! The room was GORGEOUS! The location was super close to the central train station and breakfast was yummy! Highly recommend!

Great for a longer stay. Large room with wonderful kitchen area Room/Apartment we apparently booked was a bit further from the train station which we had planned on staying close by due to luggage. I think the address should be noted on the booking add

The staff was really kind and welcoming; we got a free upgrade to a bigger room, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel itself is oldie but seems like they maintain it very well. The location for us was great because we needed it to be close to the train station; it's super close.

The hotel was very ornate and full of character. The staff were great. Special shout out to Luigi on reception who helped me with a few issues I experienced before arrival. It is just a 6 minute walk from the main train station in Milan and where we were picking up our airport transfer the next morning. I did not explore the area really so cannot comment on that. This was a transitory stop of for us travelling down from Switzerland to fly home from Milan.
