public toilets was not clean and we could not checkin in time so had to prepare in that toilet, some of the sockets does not fit to some devices such as dyson etc

Great location - very near to the Milan Centrale Station - you can walk there in less than 5 minutes. Great breakfast at the rooftop, with great view of the beautiful Milan Centrale Station. We are lucky to get a room facing the sunset and the beautiful Milan Centrale Station. Friendly staff at the reception and at the rooftop breakfast area. It is just a walk away from some restaurants. Wifi is great. I am not sure what i dislike about this place. Of course, it is not 100% perfect, but I have no complaints at all.

Breakfast was really good. Staff was very friendly, and free water in the hotel fridge was very nice. Room was pretty decently sized. Bed could have been comfier, and the A/C was only alright.

Proximity to Milano Centrale, the view on the train station, the breakfast. Although the room has a new design the mattresses were either old or defective with deep “tectonic” low spot on the side, making sleep and overall confort bad. If you have same issue do not hesitate to call reception as they mentioned to me that they would have changed the mattresses if pointed out. There’s no key or card to enter the room just a long code you will have to enter each time you access the room. Pizza Bar Restaurants next to it is a turist trap with inflated prices and not much to offer.

Room should not be 29. Not acceptable. Spike multiple times to staff $230 per night. Fix the air conditioning or don’t charge $230 + 7 per night Milan tax. Wrongggggggggg
