AV Hotel Milano

Close location to train station Room is very tight, with the bathroom sliding door located right along side the bed. AC temperature cannot be lowered below 23C. There was a heatwave so room was warm.

Close to everything Kinda small but still ok

The hotel is close to the main train station, the room was clean and the staff happy to help with the AC issue we had.

Close to train station. Exceptional staff. It was just a tad difficult to find it. Directions could be a little easier. Walk across street from airport (the street with McDonalds) to the corner and cross the street from there. About 1/2 block (before little restaurant) on the right you’ll find the door with Hotel Marte sign. Hit the button and then when you hear the click PUSH DOOR IN to open. Amazing staff.

Very close to Milan Central Station. Helpful Staff. Clean & modern. The room is very small. There are non amenitues apart from soap in the bathroom. No glass for water. Very expensive.

Location wise just opposite the Milan Centrale Station No lobby no dining area. Staff late breakfast not serve.

The room/bathroom was tiny and was a little difficult to move around, but overall lovely place

Super close to train station, though difficult to find and odd lobby and check in setup. Walls were so thin that I literally heard every movement in the room next door. It was as if there was a thin sheet of plastic separating the two rooms. Up all night with noisy neighbors!

well located, clean and confortable

This hotel is comfortable and has all the basics! I found my stay to be very convenient and provided for a quiet night's rest prior to an early morning train in Milano Centrale. The biggest perk about this hotel is it's location: within walking distance to Milano Centrale and right across the street from the Centrale Fs metro station (green line). If you're expecting an early train, you cannot beat this place! The breakfast in the morning is extra but is also nice. It consists mainly of juice +/- coffee and a cornetto (filled with pistachio cream, Nutella, etc--they let you choose!) It is not most abundant breakfast offering, but it's convenient. Accessing this apartment is a little tricky as it's hidden. It's not a big chain so there is no giant sign or lobby on the street like the IH hotel next door. In fact, I passed the hotel about 2 times with my rolling suitcase without even knowing it! The hotel actually appears to take up a few floors in a tall building with other businesses. So the name of the hotel mainly appears on the list of businesses at the ground floor call box, but not as a sign. If you walk past a restaurant and the IH hotel, you've gone too far!

The design and Room Scale is excellent. We also have a direct view to Milan Central Train Station. The Bed is really good too. Especially the Interior, lighting and all the corner in the room are well design. If they also provide a tiny pantry corner would be better but this is bery minor anyway

Alberto (host), and staff were truly the best hosts you could ask for - especially Alberto who’s from Milan. He gave me excellent options for walking to the Mercado/Duomo), as well as breakfast (Pave). Both very convenient walk and eating options The hotel was 1 minute from main metro station and hotel was “new/clean” and worth the stay

I like the location. It is very convenient which is opposite Central Train Station in Milano. The staff is very friendly and nice and helpful. The hotel didn't provide drinking water which I am not pretty sure that we can have drinking water from the tap water of the hotel.

Basic breakfast and expensive.

the location is excellent and only 5 mins walk to the train station and few mins to metro. It is not hard to find the place with all of the references. Staffs are friendly and it is easy access with their entrance card and door card when they are off from work. The price is reasonable. the room and toilet are clean. The room and toilet is too dark and it is not easy to do the make up. There is nothing provided and lacking of spaces to put things. The room is small for 2 people. But I would accept all these with the price I paid. It's almost the cheapest around that area with clean toilet and new renovated room.

Newly renovated, very clean, friendly staff and an excellent location relative to the Milano Central Station (Centrale). About the staff’s helpfulness, we had to check-in at around 4 am, while the reception closes at around 11 pm, yet the reception members made sure to prepare everything and connect with us via phone to ensure a smooth checkin process at our time of arrival and handled it really well. Room size was small (ie, if you more than 1 large luggages it’ll be challenging to manoeuvre around)

Clean, comfortable, great location.

The location, room size and space and the environment was quite well maintained Everything was perfect, except for their ventilation/heater settings were quite confusing and/or were not functioning properly. Could have a bigger offering for breakfast since it was quite small stuff given for the price they charge which includes breakfast
