Very sweet staff, very helpful Need bigger bathroom

Location is the name of the game with this Hotel. Walking distance to Masarik Avenue and Chapultepec. Definetely worth it for either a business trip or family vacation. Furniture could use a little update.

No air conditioning. Small bathroom. There is kitchen but not really fully functional. Value for the price was so so.

Worst experience ever I had with a hotel. The rooms were super dirty, bedsheets had spots all around them. I messaged the property and booking. Com with the pictures I took upon arrival. No body did anything , the next morning there was no body there that could speak English. She said admin was closed that day. Hotel refused to give us our money back even though we checked out the next day. Finally after spending so much time on vacation dealing with this issue hotel agreed to pay us for 2 nights but charged us for 3 nights even though we only stayed there for one night. Both experiences with hotel and booking.com support was awful Old sheets , super uncomfortable beds. Super dirty with seeming a handful of hair by my bed , and worst was the customer service

Location is good, just on the edge of Polanco. The suites are large, but the furniture was too big for the sitting area, which also had the table. Be very careful which room is assigned. If you get a suite on the inside, you will be facing what feels and looks like a 1950's Russian prison. Mine was one of the worst I have ever had. Three large windows faced the inside (none of them faced the street) so it was dark. No sun came in at any time of day. This stay was rated high, but few must have had this suite. Be sure to request a suite that faces the world.

The bed was very uncomfortable. As soon as we entered the apartment, there was a strong detergent smell (it seemed like the same detergent they use to mop the floors), and the scent was extremely concentrated in the bedroom. It feels like they use too much of it to make the place smell ‘clean,’ but that smell didn’t let me sleep, triggered my allergies, and made it almost impossible to rest.

The only bad, but manageable things, were that you could hear other guest if they are noisy (this is to be expected in Mexico) and that facilities show signs of age. Noise insulation from the streets could also be better (Mexico City is very busy) and the blackout extended a bit more so that the room can be fully dark for those who appreciate sleeping under those conditions.

The location was excellent for what I wanted to do in the city. It was fairly quiet once I unplugged the refrigerator. I was very happy to have 2 windows that opened for some air, and neighbors that were quiet. I left my bag after check out for the afternoon and this was safe and easy. It was wonderful to have staff at the front door. The apartment was clean but the stench of fragrances and cleaners was so intense that I had to open all windows, remove the bedspread to another room, and leave due to burning eyes. If you are sensitive to chemicals, beware. Also I was looking forward to using the "gym" upstairs, but the weights machine barely worked.

Everything in the neighborhood is very close and it's very safe to walk around. They quoted one price for a late checkout, and then at the time of payment, they quoted a higher price due to "taxes." It didn't seem right to me.

The place is very good located When making a late checkout they charge an incorrect amount.
