The best avocado toast that I've ever had! Location, accommodations, and staff were also splendid, but the food was completely out of the park. Tortilla soup, sandwiches, steak - their kitchen is what you need when traveling far from home.

Location and breakfast was ok The beds were too small, I think they are matrimonial size not queen size. They were comfortable but small. Location of vanity is not comfortable, is at the entrance of the room. The TV was too small and only spanish television. The mini fridge was not cooling.

Good design. Interior and architectural. Great spacious room. Great location. Small aisles. Slow elevators.

Terrible noise at 0430 from refuse collection trucks. Noise and lack of proper noise insulation

The breakfast was lovely - fruit, yogurt, breads, and cheese all the things that I like for breakfast. The location is central and in the very fancy neighborhood which is a bit generic. There is a party atmosphere on Saturday night with a dj and lots of local young people. It's fun if that's what you are looking for. The rooms are quite small and minimal but they had everything we needed. The light pours in from the hallway and we heard our neighbors coming and going in the early morning hours. Also - the hotel booked a taxi ride for us from the airport for $120. When we took an uber back to the airport is was $20. The six time mark up made us feel ripped off.

THis was my worst experience in a hotel ever. The stay was fine but they kept my reservation for 1 month on my credit card. Totally unacceptable because they said that they have an issue with the pay terminal. They even stop responding to my mails, I had to fix it with my bank. I will never come back to this hotel. (travel all over the world, for business and leisure and I never left a bad review somewhere)

Location and room. I hit upgrade for free so it was awesome bonus. The reception stuff was awesome. Helped me with everything. I didn’t like stuff on breakfast. The girl wasn’t nice. I did get everything myself. But I saw them then meeting other guests and explaining what was free and what wasn’t. Nobody came to me. I just thought it was rude.
