The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They made my stay feel welcoming. It was a pleasant experience. The location was very convenient to restaurants and drug stores. The area was safe to walk. The room was comfortable, but very cold, and there wasn't a heater provided, which made it uncomfortable at times. It was a real issue.

Great location. 2 minute walk to Intercontinental Hotel restaurants. Apartment was very dark. No natural light.

the property was excellent however we booked in Australia in AUD and on arrival the hotel said we had to pay in USD , that's 35% more. contacted Booking. com help center 5 times. Eventually i was told i would get a refund, however that never happened, have contacted Booking. com a further 3 times by email but no reply. i would stay there again but not book with booking.com.

Fernando who received us was very friendly and kind Rooms look vert Nice and Clean. However the lobby does not look as good. As you Need to park your car in a parking outside and that makes the hotel more Expensive.

The location is amazing, the staff is so helpful and kind, and the suite is clean and pretty. The wifi suite’s QR code was expired, but we were able to use the floor’s wifi (it didn’t reach the bedroom though). There wasn’t a soap bar for hand washing (we used the body wash from the shower…). There wasn’t an iron board in the room, we ironed on the kitchen. The bed was very stiff and small for a queen sized.
