Location is central to several neighborhoods. Using the room lights and shades required some time to get used to, but after which it worked very well.

I stayed in a suite and it was absolutely wonderful, more than wonderful. The cleanliness, the pampering, and the decor were indescribable. Honestly, I renovated my accommodation twice; it was truly exceptional.

I loved this hotel. Extremely elegant, and beautiful design. And service was on point! My only complaint about the hotel was the restaurant. I felt that the pastries that are offered in the morning could be of better quality. They weren’t from the best bakery - and there are AMAZING bakeries in Mexico. Everything else on the menu was very good, but it wasn’t stellar.

The reception and staff were very kind and welcoming. There was only one morning when the breakfast came out after ordering nearly an hour late. But otherwise the food service was excellent.
